I absolutely recommend to anyone who loves gunpla and the world of gundam. Super helpful with any issues you may have and an incredibly rapid response when I was having a little issue with email. I was instantly giving all the info I was after. The range of products on the site is huge and I'm sure they wouldn't hesitate to help you find any specific build kits you could be after. It is my second time ordering in ilovegunpla
and it was fantastic when my order arrives. it is in great condition and the team is very accommodating about my queries.

I bought an expensive kit (£260). It was packaged in the flimsiest cardboard packaging imaginable, which led to the outer carton being damaged and also the inner box being damaged. £260 and not even a single layer of bubble wrap. The inner box itself was also unsealed. Normally they are cellophane wrapped so you can be sure than they have not been tampered with in any way. This inner box was not only damaged but unwrapped. I've no idea if it's even a complete kit yet until I start building. Very, VERY disappointing service. For this money I expect new brand new, unopened, sealed in the box and properly packaged. Would not purchase from this supplier again and would not recommend anyone else to do so. Very disappointing.

Bought Gunpla through them over the pandemic. Love that they always have good stock especially P-Bandai. More power to your business!! Cheers!!

Both the items what are always perfect and the shipping of the item it’s amazing always can get the kits I want, great prices and amazing service all the time

Took an entire week to ship my product, when it arrived I discovered that it'd been shipped in a plastic bag and the box looked like it'd been kicked repeatedly. Fortunately this didn't damage any of the plastic but it very well could have.

This is especially egregious given that what I ordered was a P-Bandai kit that was quite expensive, as such I expect it to arrive in great condition.

In conclusion, I'd advise avoiding this store

Ilovegunpla.co.uk is safe, reliable and friendly. Its website is easy to use and the prices are always competitive. However what puts it apart is the Facebook community that supports it, this and Ching (the owner) works hard to make each purchase feel personal, he's there to help with any questions and he's fantastic at finding those rare kits.

First time using this store/service and it was a pleasure from start to finish and will definitely be using again without a shadow of a doubt.
