Excellent customer service and a fair resolution
I recently ordered a few model kits, and while the delivery was prompt and the outer shipping box was in good condition, one of the kits arrived with significant box damage - much more than standard shelf wear.
I wasn't looking for perfection, but the level of compression was something that should ideally have been disclosed beforehand. I contacted the seller and received a very detailed and polite response "out of hours". They offered a fair partial refund to acknowledge the condition, which I appreciated. It's clear this is a seller who values their customers and handles issues professionally. I would definitely shop here again.
Overall, a very reliable and responsive hobby shop.

Excellent service
Excellent service! I didn’t realise that the free gift had to be manually added to the order, so I missed it twice. After contacting customer support and explaining that I hadn’t received the gifts on both occasions, they kindly showed me how to add it properly next time and sent me both gifts at no extra cost. Really appreciated their help and generosity!
