IKEA Online- how can I reach you??
I have made an order in Ikea online order 20/6 -24. Payed a lot of money for it, and also payed for the delivery same day.
All I have got is an confirmation that my order has been successfully registered and an order number.
Then- nothing !! I have tried to call 100 times on the number 2168083400 but nobody answer or they say this number is not in use. I have sent several e- mails. No answer. What can I do? Can anyone please help? Worst customer service ever !

The worst customer service ever. Unreliable and honestly stay away from them. Don't buy anything from them. I am waiting for a refund which should have been processed by since the past x 2 weeks and I am waiting for an order which should have been processed by the beginning of July. Highly disappointed and if you value your sanity and peace of mind stay away!
Delivery time and service are awful
Delivery time is awful. It took more than a month to deliver the order and the boxes were smashed, we were lucky that only 4 products were broken and not more. I have been trying to replace these products but are not answering my emails and when I call they just say that they will call back, which they have not.

I've ordered at 26/06/24, the transport company had received the item from 29/06/24 and I've finally received the order at 09/07/24 (10 days later!) after having called multiple times and made complaints to the IKEA customer care service.
Even from amazon I would had received the order faster!
Moreover the transport company was totally despicable! I've booked a specific appointment and they didn't appear at all! Moreover the personnel was rude!
Nobody called me and the order was delivered in non-agreed day and time slot!

I give one star because I can not give less... I have an order received from IKEA on 18/6/24 (D4435CB1F8FD) and still not delivered. A case has been opened 8/7/24 with resolution time 24 hours and 72 hours later I still have zero information. Extremely bad experience in terms of delivery from online shop (physical shops, e.g. the airport one, have been substantially downgraded and one can find specific items only from ikea.gr).. at the same time customers pay for the delivery service, which almost always falls out of the estimated per the ikea.gr delivery date.

I resonate all the other users - USELESS company both IKEA and Delatolas. However my purchase is via IKEA and yet I have to chase up the moroniacs of Delatolas for an update of when my delivery will take place. Phone calls, emails, everything yet no response from anyone as if they cared. Order placed on 28/4/24 with a promise to deliver within 7 working days - we are now 3 weeks on and no update, no call, no information provided - and to all of you that intend to buy from IKEA in Greece a word of warning: their stores are no longer what they used to be: i.e. you go in and leave with the furniture in your car to assemble at home - most if not all stuff will not be for delivery only, with the useless Delatolas that IKEA keep on using - I demand a compensation for my time and money waste.

Delivery company Delatolas needs to be changed. I placerad an order on 12 april and got confirmation that my order has been expedited and completed. Have now called four times and nobody can tell me when my order will be delivered although it’s now the 29th of April. I ordered my bed in good time (I thought) since I will be arriving from Sweden on 1 of May. My thought was that I would have received the bed by now and I could assembly it and sleep in it. I was planning without IKEA’s useless haulier. Calling four days in a row and not getting a reply when order is going to be delivered because the transport company does not give IKEA a reply is the most outrageous thing I have heard of. IKEA is one of the biggest companies in the world and their transport company should be the best. Note that I have worked with logistics for more than 30 years and if I had treated my clients like this I would not have any clients or any work. If you have a transport company that ignores your calls and don’t do their job you should consider changing it. Two years ago the same transport company caused a delay like this so I had to cancel my order. Will probably have to do it this time as well.

Awful company! I wanted to assembly the furniture I bought from IKEA… I ordered the service and paid for it online…. After 2 weeks of waiting no one contacted me…. I cancelled the order and I am still waiting to get my money back… I hope they will send the money back in the next weeks… otherwise I‘ll have to sue them…. I wouldn’t recommend anyone in Greece to use the IKEA services…

Worst ever. Ordered and paid furniture online at IKEA GREECE and it does not arrive. The shipping company Delatolas confirms the receival from Ikea but does not deliver. Ikea does nothing about it except send an email to Delatolas to act. Action of Delatolas is to call me and tell me I will be called again .... NOT. It has been more than one month now. Will never order online again.

I have called more than 6 times but their e-shop is either too busy or incapable of doing basic stuff. Finally I have asked them to cancel the purchase and return my money. Guess what? Avoid Ikea Greece. I love IKEA, but not in Greece. Poorly managed company a disgrace to the Ikea name: Online orders will not be placed, yet you will be charged. No communication and refunds are hard to get. Refunds in the store don’t work, merchandise credit cards have 0 balance even though I returned €150 Worth of items. Credit card refunds do not show up. Service personnel is nonchalant and does not care. Prices are much higher than Ikea Germany. I ship items and avoid Ikea Greece. Awful!!!!

I placed 2 orders on 15/11 and had to cancel. I called them on the same day and they told me orders were cancelled and i would receive my refund within 3 business days. After 3 days I called again and another agent told me the refund would take up to 6 working days. After 6 days from the cancellation they told me they don't know when the refund will take place as it's not up to them but up to the accounting department that would contact me. Nobody did and i called the accounting department myself. In the meantime one cancelled order arrived and after calling them they told me that both orders had eventually been shipped and that I will receive the refund once they will receive the orders and it will take up to 10 working days from today. So it's safe to say i won't have my money sooner than 20 day after cancelling the orders.. Thanks, IKEA.

Next call they said they will follow up with the delivery company, but they lied. Found out because I called 4th time and spoke with another agent, she told me that no request was made by the previous agent!! Still waiting..

Lies, lies and more lies
I ordered a table, it arrived badly damaged. Ikea then used the same delivery company to deliver a replacement - the second one was also badly damaged.
I did not accept delivery. This was over 6 weeks ago and I have still not received a refund. I have called Ikea approx. 20 times and have never received a return call, despite being promised one by every person I have spoken to.
I was advised on 20th October I would have a refund - it is now 1st November and I do not have it (see attached email). As you can see from the email, the courier did not even bother to return the table to them.
They will tell you anything to get you off the phone but the CS staff are poor and have absolutely no ability in assisting you. There is no way to escalate a complaint - there is NO complaint procedure. I have emailed - these emails have been ignored.
I will never purchase a delivery item from Ikea Greece again.
They are literally dragging the reputation on IKEA thrgouh the mud with their poor ability to offer any level of customer service. Stick with JYSK.
