This game (IKARIAM) has no point anymore. Since years, has been full of hackers who can grow their accounts very fast (infinite money, infinite armies, infinite resources...) Gameforge knows this since years, and never has done anything. I suspect there are workers on the company getting profits from it. We can only expect they go eventually to court and the company will be shut down.

The game (ikariam) was a good game years ago, but it gets a pay to win momentum, a non rule server where multiaccounting is allowed as long as you keep buying their "ambrosia". used to be fun and fair, now it is just a game that is making people quit.
They cant even make a block button for messages so i have to get spammed by a crazy guy sending me 15 messages a day... I just hope that Gameforge could hire me as a CEO so i could fix the games in 2 days.

1) The phone support redirect you in all 3 options when you call the support phone number.

2) I have had an experience with dual account abuse by some of the Top 1 alliance players.
The only thing they did was a warning.

3) Also a fleet crash from this duo account to boost other people are against the rules. Again 1 warning only.

4) They are not friendly as Apple, Google or bigger tech companies..

Due to the result from the Ogame support i wanted to withdraw/cancel my recently bought Dark Matter.
Compared to EU law I dont have a right to that because it is a digital product.

Other bigger companies to maintain happy customers.

5) Long respond time from Ogame support in general.
They dont do anything except you pay ton's of money.

I played once with 1 guy who... payed a lot money. On a new started server he did what he wanted each day. 1 day instant 1 million points in the early stage of a game.

He get excelent fast support??

Money scammer game.

This is another junk PtW game, they also make too many servers, so once you have wasted your money the game population, quite low already, has moved somewhere else. Server Jumpers. Do not waste money over this piece of german crap money lecher game. Regards.

Player of Tera online since a few years.

I wish to express my dissatisfaction following several events:
- the opinion of the players is not taken into account
- The official forum has a moderation problem, the negative reviews are all simply cleared.
- The customer support did not give me satisfaction (problem with a paying object)

Gameforge, do not forget that your players, are also your customers!

I do not recommend Gameforge.

Unfortunately that game was great when it first came out. Lack of game development for wars between player alliances leave players in a limbo and eventualy majority of players left. The only thing that gameforge can do is to keep creating new servers to keep their die hards interested and hopefully attract new players. However the game is so boring and slow. Building of Empire requires tons of resources. It takes atleast a year to build an account to average size. Battles have rounds each lasting 15 minutes. Many battles can last 1-12 hours - You have to be unemployed or have no life to play this game.
