Fraud platform

When I saw Dexsport on the platform, I registered an account to play,I saved a total of 1100 USD, and now my account has 1996,44 USD. I went to withdraw the money, but I found that I couldn't withdraw it. I went to ask customer service, and they said I violated the rules and warned me, but I never received any violation notices or warnings from the platform. Now they want to freeze my account and confiscate my funds, and when I ask the platform where I have violated the rules, they don't give a straight answer, just say that I have violated the rules and need to freeze my account, this is the final decision, isn't this a fraudulent platform?
