Surriya Shah provided great service. She was very reassuring and helpful when I was the victim of a potential phishing fraud. She was very swift to put a restriction on my account. I really appreciate it.

Trading platform is kind of OK. It doesn't include as comprehensive a selection of stocks and funds as I would like but 90% of the time it's OK.
What it really sucks at is getting their customer service right. I had a trade query that they took over a week to even pass to the right desk to rasie the disoute. And in their response, the fact they told me "within 5 days" that they had then passed it on to the correct team to be addressed, that was consistent with their "up to 5 days" response time. Never mind that it took a further day or two to get a really tepid and uncomprehensive response from them. Funnily enough the stock and trade in question didn't just sit waiting patiently for them to take their sweet time, and I lost financially not just because of the error in the trade initially, but a second time because I was naive enough to wait patiently for their response.
Really unacceptable lack of humility in respect of that delay too. They've given up trying to appease me for the way the mispricing happens at the end of each day, and these glitches in trade orders that they never seem willing to acknowledge any responsibility for.

My experience with Interactive Investor's customer service has been extremely disappointing.
I instructed my previous pension provider to transfer funds in April, but the process has been delayed repeatedly due to issues that could have been identified upfront.
In May, I was told my Direct Debit form was incomplete because my name was missing. I corrected and resubmitted it .
In June, I was informed that my address was incorrect. Again, I corrected the form and sent it back.
I was then advised that my Direct Debit would not be set up until August, resulting in a delay of around three months before my investments could even begin.
In addition, monthly contributions are collected on the 1st of the month but are not invested until the 3rd Wednesday of every month, introducing further delays.
The overall process has been slow, inefficient, and frustrating. In my experience, other investment platforms have much smoother onboarding and transfer processes with far fewer administrative hurdles.
I hope Interactive Investor reviews its onboarding and customer service processes, as delays of this nature can have a real impact on customers' investments.

The site is well structured and fast. The availability of stock (both ETFs and individual shares) has mostly been adequate for my needs although in a couple of cases I had to go elsewhere to buy certain ETFs on international markets. The monthly fee is acceptable (although certain competitors are free). What I can't accept any more is the 20$ tax on withdrawing dollars, the multiple days it takes for the withdrawals to happen, and the currency conversion fees that are way higher than the competion. For these reasons I'm increasingly moving away from II and into competitors. For one, I'll soon move elsewhere my USD-denominated investments.

I am a new client, having transferred from HLAM where I was concerned and unhappy with disappointing service. I had a difficult problem after setting up, which made it difficult to access my new account, fully. The cause was my fault. I spoke with Ariana, who after some research was able to fix things for me without any further worry. This was service, involving a difficult security matter and I was very favourably impressed with how it was handled and efficiently resolved.

There is serious world shortage of wonderful people like Adbie who works at Interactive Investors in Leeds. She has an infectious personality that makes one feel at ease and happy to wait for her to solve any banking issues. She speaks to customers with the upmost respect and understanding. Whoever appointed her made a great choice.

My financial advisor wanted quite a few details in connection with my trading account. Mark replied and gave step by step instructions with regard to where to find the specific answers. I was able to follow this and sort out the issues very easily.

Called II as am getting lump sum paid into SIPP and considering a drawdown. Aran talked through what triggers the MPAA. Furthermore initial PCLS and resulting 75% crystallised split options. Very informative and gives customer greater understanding.

I had to call back having missed a call from ii, and their call was simply to ask if I was happy with my account with them. I certainly am. Queries are answered prompt and in a helpful manner and I have no complaint at all.

I have had problems with the log-in into my account today.
I phoned the helpdesk of Interactive Investor and I spoke to Robbie Munro. He very quickly solved my problem.
He is friendly, patient and very professional. I should like to thank him for his assistance, he is a credit to the organisation.
I should be grateful if you could pass on this message to him.
Kind regards
Tom

I'VE BEEN USING THIS SERVICE FOR A FEW YEARS FOR SHARE TRADING BUT RECET CIRCUMSTANCES MEANT I HAD TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT. I CALLED THE CLOSURE LINE AND SPOKE WITH BECKY WHO WAS EXCELLENT IN DEALING WITH EVERYTHING I NEEDED IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER. THANKFULLY THERE ARE COMPANIES OUT THERE WHO UNDERSTAND WHAT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICES LOOKS LIKE. WELL DONE.

I couldn't fault Lee at ii today. I wanted some quite specific information relating to the process for drawing down my SIPP tax free cash. Lee was, at all times, friendly, informative and patient. On the one point that he wasn't completely sure, he asked me to wait (for a minute at most) while clarified with a specialist and then conveyed the answered clearly and concisely. I was a reluctant mover to ii from the Share Centre but have been consistently impressed with the people with whom I have had dealings.
