I have never experienced worse hospitality than at iHub in Manchester. With the exception of Lauren, it is an absolute joke that these girls have even been considered for hospitality / client services roles when they are clearly very unfriendly and walk around like everything is pissing them off.

The nail on the coffin being the sign put on both microwaves on the 13th floor saying 'no fish or curry' which - by the way- is discrimination.

Pretty unprofessional to put your own preferences above your clients' rights to eat whatever they want (perhaps even the food of their national heritage) on their lunch break, and even worse to go around muttering that 'it smells' or spraying air freshener while people are still eating.

Fantastic office space, great location with brilliant facilities. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for office space to contact Leigh who has been wonderful with us.

Love this office! Great team working here who are always happy to help! Jo who runs the kitchen is rapidly becoming one of my favourite people period! The only reason I have to drop one star is due to the very poor hand dryers. If this was sorted it would be very tough to not give 5 stars!

ihub Office provide a excellent customer service and a stylish work space. They would have received five stars but they let themselves down badly with the toilet facilities, which are inadequate for the number of occupants, not very well constructed and the hand dryers are a complete waste of time.

These guys are unreal ! Never have I worked somewhere where so much attention to detail is shown.... From a beverage fridge, to breakfast made for you on a Friday morning and a communal area that looks insane, these guys are awesome... The staff have created such a good environment to spend your working day. JO is a goddess....

Great offices, friendly staff would highly recommend!

We have had our office in iHub now for almost 6 months. Its a really lovely working environment, with lots of fun events going on, and fizzy Fridays with prosecco, cider and beer is an obvious favourite. The facilities are nicely decorated and to a high standard. The staff are particularly friendly, especially Jo who goes above and beyond to help you out, gets to know everyone and genuinely makes an effort with people. She also makes me porridge on Fridays which I love! The staff that you see around every day definitely make a difference and make iHub a lovely environment to work in.

Ihub is a great place to work from and has great facilities. The common and private areas are really modern and well looked after and the team is always available to lend a helping hand when needed. I particularly like the community vibe that has been created here with things like alcohol Fridays, bake sales and regular social events…I would highly recommend this office to any small business in Birmingham.

Helpful staff always there to assist, good facilities that provide a great workplace environment

I have based our business from iHub Offices in Birmingham for multiple reasons; firstly the location is perfect, the office space itself is very well fitted as well as the breakout areas and hot-desking, and the staff are helpful and polite.
I would recommend iHub to anyone looking for a top quality office space in Birmingham.

Very friendly offices, manned by great staff where nothing is too much trouble. Agree that the heating is an issue at times...

The clean and well equipped kitchen and a comfortable dining area make for a great communal kitchen area. The book corner is a great addition and the living walls make it even more fresh and pleasant.
Lovely staff who are always happy to help and make you as welcome as possible. They are a very proactive team (who also have sweeties for you) :-)
The only reason I dropped a star is because it's so cold in our office, a few of us are always really chilly :-( However not every office is like that having spoken with different people!

Great offices, pleasant staff - nothing is too much trouble.
