Jacket seemed ok but is waaay too small. Indicator of problem before trying it on is that there is no size tag! I know my body and size. I ordered XXL because I’m a swimmer and the coat was for getting warm after winter swim in ocean or lake. I reported the size issue that it’s like a Large not an XXL. They said send photos of measurements of the jacket. Why!?? They should know the size of the jacket they sent me. Revealing is they have no bigger sizes than xxl. Since then they stopped communicating. Disaster!! Anyone want a medium/ large jacket from Hong Kong?

So I received my coat after a month and it's horrible. The fur is really thin and poor. The coat runs small. My husband who i purchased it for is only 160 lbs. This coat was 2xl and it fits like a child's coat. The sleeves are too short and the waist sits high. Please beware. This is a horrible buy. Not worth it at all

A 1 star review is generous. DO NOT ever buy anything from this company. Unfortunately, I didn't do my due diligence in checking out this company. I ordered a Parka and received a tracking number that was originated in China. No US postal service recognizes this tracking number. I checked the site and it showed that the item had been delivered. I never received a delivery!! The company actually told me that I needed to check with my neighbors to see if it was delivered to the wrong address. I have a high tech security system with cameras that monitor all entry points to my home. There was never a delivery. I will be following up with the BBB and seek legal council. This isn't about the money at this point, it is about the principal. This company is a SCAM!! BEWARE!!!!?

Very terrible service. I ordered a coat three weeks ago. They took one week to ship it and now it looks like it’s been lost in the mail.

I got a tracking number with Canada Post and for the last four days it tells me delivery is scheduled for “Today”. I am going to initiate a dispute with my credit card company.

This company is a nightmare! Late January and they still blame delays on the holidays!

I wish I had read these reviews prior to placing my order. I would never had done so!

Do not buy from them. Cheap coat made and shipped from china. I ordered an XL coat and fit more like a medium. They offered 50% refund and quit responding to emails. I had to dispute the charge with my card company.

DO NOT BUY! Iglooparka does not offer exchanges (although they say they do in their FAQ) or returns and will only offer 50% refund. Their products can be found on aliexpress for way cheaper.

Don't be fooled by whatever lies you read on their website! The "50% off ends today" is just a scam to rush you to buy but will remain there ever after...

I live in Canada and bought 2 coats on december 13, 2020 and to this day ( january 24, 2021) I only received 1 coat (on january 21, 2021). The other one never arrived.

I'm in the process of resolving this with my credit card company but I will still have to pay for the return of the first item as per credit card legal procedures to open the dispute...and this does not garantie me a full refund since it will all depend on the contents of the terms of services.

Highly NOT recommended. They are refusing to refund or resend items that I paid for but never received despite their guarantee. Its been well over a month. I've asked 3 times. There has been no updates or movement on my package in weeks. Obviously its lost and hasn't arrived. Company is a total scam. You've been warned!!!

Ordered coat was a 2X it arrived as is about a medium, fits my 10 yr. old daughter though (facepalm).

To offer you the best resolution possible, we have 2 favorable options for you. We will proceed in processing the option you choose right away.

Option 1.
Provide us a photo's of the item/s you received showing the actual measurement of the product's chest, shoulder & sleeves. If we determined that we are at fault for sending the incorrect size - we can process reshipment or full refund without you needing to return the item.

Option 2. We can offer you a refund of 50% of the product value without any questions and you can keep the item. This way, you save your valuable time.

At the moment, we do not offer returns as we are a small store and cannot afford to buy a return label.

The item you receive is not an “Igloo” brand item which is what I was expecting. What I received was a generic shell jacket that I wouldn’t pay $20 for

1 star is to good for this purchase!!! The quality is TERRIBLE. Its nothing like the pictures look!!! Im disappointed and im in the process of trying to get my money back from this BS company!!! I wish I could post pictures!

well guys they to have "shafted"me.but i only buy with either my credit card or "PayPal".i just called my creditor.to settle the dispute.folks its a lot easier and alot less headache that way.im not sure what they use for a size chart but for "American standard" must be alot different from "Asian".they are running a "Scam".dont let them win!!

I bought a coat for my son looks nothing like the picture. You can’t call this company. It took too long to receive. I wish I could upload the picture of the coat to show what I received was horrible. No down in the coat or fur on the hood like the picture. Save your money and get a coat from another company.

UPDATE received an email from customer service. I can send photos of the product including size measurements and they will send me a different size if the measurements are not what the website shows of that size OR receive a 50% return credit and keep the jacket. They "cannot process a full refund bc they're a small business who can't afford return labels". WHAT A JOKE. We will see how long it takes them to process my 50% return credit....

Had no idea their products would be coming from China until my coat shipped. Took a month for it to be delivered and was left in my driveway! Not the mailbox, or porch, my driveway. Wow. I ordered a medium, the coat I received was huge, way bigger than a medium. It's cheap material and looks nothing like the picture. The fur around the hood is thin and messy. The jacket was vacuum sealed so it's super creased/wrinkled and they're deeply set in the material. For $80 I expected better. Wish I'd seen these reviews/ this website before I ordered. I've emailed customer service twice requesting a return, each time I got an automated response to expect an email in 48 hrs, a week later still nothing, their website is vague regarding the policy. I'm not holding my breath about getting a refund after reading some experiences here.

The coats they are advertising are not the same quality that you receive. The coats you receive are like someone made them in a backyard garage with cheap material. I ordered three and only received one and they are giving me a hard time for my refund

Short and sweet the coat barely resembles the advertised one. Its thin as hell and the quality sucks. 100 dollars down the drain. I wouldn't waste my time trying to get a refund. Lesson learned, I'll donate someone can use it.

So I paid for my coat but never received it.This is a horrible rip off site.Do not buy anything here and tell your friends.Then again don't buy Made in China anything.
