The D1 is a great product
The D1 is a great product, the best of it's kind that I have used (and I've tried quite a few before this) Efficiency seems great and the level of waterproofing is ideal in a gadget that spends it's working life outside!
I have had really good and helpful information from both the origional retailer (keep pedaling in Manchester) and from Igaro directly via the website.

Bought the smoothing capacitor to see if it reduced the /on off notification on my garmin etrex touch when charging at low climbing speeds from the Son 28 dynamo.
The notifications still happen but I think not as often.
The Capacitor is quite large and difficult to hide on the bike.
