Works as advertised; no complaints.

That said, I think there's room for improvement. For example, the USB receptacles should have some way of being waterproofed, especially when not being used. Maybe caps or something? The wire gauge is a little thinner than the rest of the dynamo hub wiring and lights, but I didn't notice any particular problems with overheating wires or anything. The bypass switch was pretty much impossible to mount in a tube; the shape was too eccentric. That could be redesigned a bit.

All in all, it's a compact, useful tool for keeping up a charge while commuting or touring. I like it.

So far so good. Generator was easy to set up and was shipped quickly. Will test it on a longer trip soon.

Fitting was easy. Used it for a recent three day tour. I was charging a battery pack which was charging a GPS full time and a phone part time.All were fully charged at the end of the cycling day. Great result. It is important that the battery pack supports being charged and charging other items simultaneously, not all support this.

I had an issue with the main unit, during a long travel. Logistically it was difficult to obtain a replacement. The team did a great job of support and i received the replacement just in time for a long harsh part of the travel.
From their side, the service was excellent.

My order was for a warrenty replacement but Andrew was honest and clear the whole way through no hassle and upgraded me from a MK1 factory seconds I bought to a all singing all dancing mk5 titanium for a fair price. Arrived quickly but I'm yet to set it up and test it due to not being at home. But a great service :)
