iGarden K Pro 150, sales and product
The iGarden sales team was prompt and thorough. My emails were always replied to on the same or nearly the same day—at one point, I sent an email and they followed up with a phone call just hours later! I was impressed.
I am also happy with the quality of our new K Pro 150. It is well-built and does everything as advertised. It does a great job of picking up dirt, leaves, and debris.
Plus, the 3-year warranty stands alone in the market.
I highly recommend both this company and this product!
I have two suggestions that do not detract from my overall excellent experience:
1 That the unit park at the waterline when it’s time to remove it from the pool.
2 That the design be modified so the unit could be charged in a docking cradle.

Multiple iGarden products, love them both
I have upgraded both my SwimJet and vacuum. Every product I have had is top notch, as is the service. Professional, great follow through, fantastic products. Highly recommend.
Not a good cleaner.
I’m only giving it a 2 because they finally agreed to do something about my concerns. This pool cleaner is least effective cleaner I’ve ever purchased. They only wanted to give me 10% of my money back after only 1 month of use. They don’t understand complete customer satisfaction. I have to run this cleaner about 3 times on turbo just to get the grass off the bottom, and still leaves a mess. I have zero trees around my pool area. They offered an upgrade replacement, but will only send it once they get this one back. So I guess I’ll be without a cleaner until then. If this upgrade is not any better, I guess I’ll just have to eat it and get one that will work.

iGarden Customer Support is very helpful and responsive. I was confused by the number of different pool cleaner robots they offer and didn't find their online information adequate to help decide which product might be best for my needs. I sent a long list of questions to iGarden Customer Support who were very diligent and patient in answering all my questions and addressing all my concerns, thank you!

I came across iGarden while researching…
I came across iGarden while researching portable swim jets and had a few questions before committing. Summer from their support team got back to me quickly, was straightforward in her replies, and made the pre-sale process easy.
What drew me to the X Series specifically was the wireless, battery-powered setup — I didn’t want to deal with construction or a permanent install for an existing pool. The longer runtime on the higher-tier model and the adjustable current settings also fit what I was looking for, since I swim regularly for fitness.

Igarden customer service was awesome.
Because the swimjet x was a Kickstarter item, I was very reluctant at first to buy it. I was able to talk to customer service two separate times. Both times, they were extremely patient and knowledgeable. They were able to compare models for me. They were able to give me suggestions on which would be better for me. I was very happy to be able to talk to them before I had to purchase my item. It was much better experience than I could have hoped. I hope the product turns out to be as awesome as the customer service. Thanks to both of you that I spoke with.

I bought an Igarden robotic cordless pool cleaner. the delivery was faster than expected and the machine was user friendly. in hindsight I may have bought the wrong model, since I have a very large pool. I reached out to igarden and spoke with a representative concerning my dilemma. they were very cordial and understanding.
