Easy ordering, reasonable shipping and products arrived safely.

I paid 100 dollars to get my phone battery fixed just for the battery to implode and break my phone 2 months later. I feel angry... I paid in cash and lost the receipt so there's no getting my money back unfortunately.

The replacement bit came in as promised, shipping was quick and I would buy from them again.

Got my switch working perfect! Would randomly shut off at any battery percentage and now its perfect!

Just so disappointed! I've ordered a few things off of ifixit and have always thought of them as credible. That changed when I ordered a screen and it doesn't work.
Their customer service is awful; It takes days to weeks for each reply. The screen doesn't work but they are trying to blame me! First 30% goodwill, then 40%. I ordered a part that doesn't work and they are giving me the run around!

When all is well, fine. Genuine parts are great. Love the ethos of repair over resell. It's just such a shame their actual stance it to blame you as soon as something goes wrong. They can't be trusted

Ordered two Batteries, both of them had horrendous capacity even though they are advertised as the same capacity as the originals.

Had 2 3ds run at the same time

One with an old standard battery and one with the new ifix it battery.

Ifix it died after 3 hours... The OEM after almost 7. Same settings games, brightness, WiFi off on both

They have always been knowledgeable and honest with me. The information is spot on and I could buy what I needed from them.

Parts arrived sooner than expected, worked perfectly and my 3DS works like new! The screwdriver in the photos show 3 bits but the one I received only had 2, no matter because I only needed the smaller one to unscrew the back cover. Be careful not to lift the cover from the bottom as that part hooks into the console, so lift from the top. I also made sure to calibrate the battery gauge by draining the battery completely (using the camera app, apparently that drains it faster) until nothing happens when pressing power, then recharging while off until the battery is full.

shipped fast, had exactly the parts i needed and provided good instructions to make it easy to repair stuff myself!

Great parts! Was able to get my MacBook Air fully working again with a new screen and the USB C ports.

Terrible experience!
Since the very beginning they got my address wrong. I sent an email the minute I saw the address was wrong and they answered almost 24 hours later telling me that I should've cancelled my order within the first 25 minutes I've had placed it and that "I should do that for future purchases"...
It rrived to the wrong customs and I ended up paying 20% more because of that.
Avoid buying here if you don't want a stressful experience and useless customer support chat.

i ordered a new laptop battery and not only did it arrive more quickly than expected, it's better than the one my laptop came with.

I bought a replacement battery for an iPhone 12. The previous battery (at 75%) was better than the one iFixit sent me.
Never buy that shit.

great price and so far great quality.
previous battery replacement from a different company only lasted 8 months.
process is easy just find the iFixit YouTube video for instructions.

bought a MacBook battery from them, terrible battery life barely lasts and their 14 days refund policy is crap they will try to get you to do a replacement to end up giving you another low-quality battery

What makes this company great is its ethos. Providing reliable and affordable tools to repair our increasingly important mobile devices is sometimes the only way for ordinary consumers and small businesses to contend with increasingly monopolistic manufacturers like Apple and Samsung.

The slogan "Right To Repair" could not be more relevant or important in 2025.

I bought a replacement battery for my MacBook. They send it in a huge box with inadequate packaging. The battery rolls around inside the box completely coming out of internal packaging. I send photographic evidence and wait for a resolution. After a few emails back and forth, I receive a reply which was very condescending. They still have not sorted the issue so doubt I will use ifixit in EU again.

Hard drive broken upon delivery. Useless brick that wouldn't connect to the computer at all. Brought it to best buy geek squad to confirm the hardware failure. Never worked out of the box. The other hard drive I bought from a separate seller worked at first but also had a hardware failure. Just buy from trusted sellers like WD.
