Bought a replacement battery for a Nintendo 3DS. The one that came had a fault with its capacity so I contacted customer services, Maria was very helpful and patient every step of the way and got a replacement dispatched quickly. The battery replacement kit for the Surface Pro 4 was great. I was able to successfully replace the battery and everything worked when I was finished. It is a tedious repair, but the kit was complete and the instructions very clear. If I had one complaint, it would be to include instructions to reassemble instead of just following the teardown in reverse. I had questions about applying thermal paste, screen adhesive etc. While there are clear guides for this on your site, it would have been helpful to have complete instructions to reassemble instead of having to chase them down from various locations on your site. Thanks for a great product and buying me a few more years out of my old surface pro 4!

Well I had a faulty part show up and the support team was fast and sent me a replacement so I could get my friends switch back up and running

Never got my order, it was shipped through USPS took like 30 days, automatically resent by UPS store, and never got a refund

The plastic picks and spudger were a little too thick to get under the front sensors on my iPad screen. Had to go out and buy a Jimmy from Best Buy that should’ve been included with the kit.

I needed a needed Fan for my Nintendo Switch, the part was was to find on the website. Having the option to buy the fan with or without the tools for replacing the fan is a great option to have. Ordering and shipping are very easy to do.

I received exactly what we needed to replace the screen. Plenty enough resources on YouTube in addition to the video from Ifixit to get the job. It took me about an hour to do my Pixel7Pro. I let it set under pressure overnight to ensure a good seal. Everything worked great.

My Chromebook C300MA battery arrived swiftly and packaged very safely! Repair went smoothly and the battery life is AWESOME (24+ hrs of uptime with decent usage!) Now all I need is a replacement display cable and this Chromebook is good as new ;D

Product arrived broken. Packaging was loose. Return process was a process, credit was issued but still hasn't come through. So overall not so hot. iFixIt support has been good but there's no way the return should require a ticket and all this back and forth. There is no exchange process.
