Delivery was very quick

Delivery was very quick, chromebook arrived less than 24 hours after placing the order which I was very impressed with! My only complaint would be that it didn’t come with a charger and it didn’t say anywhere on the website that it wouldn’t come with a charger so had to purchase one but other than that, overall very happy with my product.

Not the best but not the worse

This wasn't the best experience I've had with cex as 2 of the 3 items of my order have been misplaced but atleast I got a refund for then beside that its OK

Our stores make every effort to fulfil customer orders and we have guidelines in place to check the product specifications while processing them. However, at times, the stores notice that the item is incorrect or unfit for sale, thus, to avoid the inconvenience of returning the item to us, such items are cancelled.

With the way our system works, we try to assign this item to another store, however, this is not possible every time.

I’m glad you received a refund for the cancelled items.

Upon reviewing our records, I noticed one of the DVDs from your latest purchase is currently in stock. If you wish to repurchase it, feel free to write to us on the same thread you had with my colleague. I will be happy to take over and assist you further.

This was one of the worse experiences I…

This was one of the worse experiences I had with online purchases. We ordered 3 items but seems 2 got cancelled as they couldn't been sources even when they still on the page as available. So I tried to purchase again and again got cancelled but not just that. They still sent just one item without confirmation if still want it, as in this case the post more than the item as was a fill up order. And somehow I have multiple 5euros deductions on my account out of what the order was.

I'm very sorry that we could not fulfil one of the items from your recent orders, and I apologise for the inconvenience caused to you.

As CeX does not have a centralised warehouse, the stock is sourced from various CeX stores across the region. Thus, in instances such as yours, before the online order is processed, it may be noticed that products may be sold in the store, assigned to another online order or may not be in a condition to be dispatched.

According to our records, the item in question could not be sent as it was unfortunately not fit to be sold, as a result, it has been adjusted of stock already.

Be assured, you were not charged for the cancelled item(s) and if any funds were allocated by your bank these would be reversed to your account within 10 working days.

The next time you place an order with CeX you may include the same item again along with the other items, if available in stock

I think the experience was good perfect…

I think the experience was good perfect even,but there is just one thing.the selling.i believe you should be allowed to put up your own listing but have cex choose the price,but thats just my opinion.
