I'm sorry to learn about the unfavourable experience with your recent purchase & please accept my apologies.

Because we deal in second-hand goods, as a standard process, each product brought to us for sale is thoroughly tested on set parameters to ensure it is in a fully working & saleable condition in line with our grading and testing guidlines as we sell these further with a 5 year warranty. Considering the nature of electronics, faults may occur even after they are bought-in or sold further.

Please rest assured, that feedback has been shared with the store's management for corrective measures so such instances can be avoided going forward.

Thank you for your review and I understand that you are awaiting delivery of your order.

We ensure to dispatch the orders from our end at the earliest and in case of any issues, our customers can highlight them to us so we can investigate them further.

Once an order has been dispatched, usually, the product is delivered in 3 to 5 working days, but we request that you allow up to 14 working days as items are sourced and dispatched from stores all over Ireland and this time also allows for lost orders to be tracked and delivered.

I am sorry to hear about your experience, especially after already receiving an incorrect item initially. I understand this has been disappointing.

All our phones are tested before sale, and grading reflects the cosmetic condition of the device rather than battery performance. However, the battery should still function within acceptable standards for normal use.

Your feedback has been shared with the relevant team so this can be reviewed and improvements can be made.

To help resolve this, you can return the phone to any CeX store along with your receipt. Online orders can be sourced from any of the stores across Ireland and in case an item is available at a nearby store, our customers have the option to place a Click&Collect order and have it collected from them.

We ensure that items are delivered by the carrier as per the laid out guidelines and in case of any issues upon delivery, our customers can highlight them to us so we can check and advise further.
