Dealt with a very good chap who at first got the pricing wrong but following me pointing out his error he happily changed it to the correct pricing and waived delivery.

label printer ribbon
I received the card writing label ribbon from yourself. the website was fine and easily ordered.
Delivery was good but because the courier requires a signature I had to wait until the weekend to pick this up from my local post office
I would have rather had the option to leave with a neighbour tbh.
I also have an issue with the ribbon itself in that it does not print the cards to a decent quality and I am having to print the cards multiple times to get the correct depth of colour expected.
Could you advise on this issue please? Is this a know fault or is there any checks I should do to change the settings?
Happy to continue using your services in the future as you come well recommended but would like to understand what the issue is here please

good prices and friendly staff
When ever I place an order I always get first class service, the delivery is usually next day, although the last two have been delayed due to stock holding issues. If I have a criticism it's only a slight issue, I would prefer to be told if an item I have requested is out of stock, my orders have to be placed when I 'am low so sometimes I need the items quickly (due to the nature of my business I can only order when absolutely desperate I 'am governed by a closely controlled budget) if the items are out of stock a quick phone call to let me know would be appreciated instead of having to wait for my whole order until the item is back in stock. I would appreciate the items that are in stock to be delivered while waiting for the other items to come in. Other than that its a first class service from first class staff.

First order from ID Management Systems. We needed printer ribbons for an in-house printer and cleaning kit for a customers printer. Sales phoned to check we had the right parts as the cleaning kit was for a different type of printer. Other suppliers may not bother with this detail. Pleased with their service
