It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Kevin who was very prompt in liaising through queries, and articulating the process. The bulk order needed to be printed and shipped within a week but they turned it around in record time - 72 hours! (Without effecting the quality of the job.) It's always a pleasure to deal with ID Management, we keep coming back every year because of their excellent service and quality product. No doubt will be back again next year!

Ordered from website. Over a week for item to arrive and then wrong item received. Attempted to resolve with ID Management but was then lied to and told that we had ordered the items that we had received. We were actually told we had ordered an item that was not even available for direct purchase from the web store! When challenged with this information they failed to respond. Claim for refund now active.

Well as long time customer using IDsystem didbox it wasnt good experience. it has been failing constantly time stamp is inconsistent and wrong, on download report is inaccurate or there is a gap in the severe cases it comes up blank even after reprograming it day before.at other times you get drivers got blocked automatically or fob stops working on the same forklift they have been driving for years, it is good for the first year or two but after that you start to see problems cropping up. at great cost called out engineer to come and fix i,t but he couldnt understand why it was not reading or programming new driver so there was no fix. suggested getting new wand again with great cost purchasing got some improvement but not fixed all the issues. I think it is adequate for short time use but after that you have to replace the didbox. so from the experience of over 10 years i will give it a 2 star.
