Slow delivery of goods, website good.
taken 9 working days to arrive with us from date of order. Was hoping for next day, if not next day at least 5 working days to arrive. As far as I was aware, there was stock of these. Not sure of the delay.

Great Badge Holders
The windscreen badge holders that I purchased are durable and fit the credit card sized inserts we use perfectly. Good value for money, but the postage was quite a lot and not the quickest delivery.

This is quite a serious allegation you’ve made against our company and considering that we don’t have the ability to remove reviews ourselves without the aid of Trustpilot (who would assess if there is grounds to remove it), we decided to raised a case with the Trustpilot compliance team to investigate why the review was removed in the first place. They came back to inform us that you had manually removed the review yourself and that you wouldn't be able to write this secondary review without the first one being removed first.

Very, very unsatisfactory
Your email suggests I've received an order. I haven't received an order, I haven't received any proof. My first email requesting a quote was two weeks ago. I received nothing but the automated response and emailed again over a week ago. I did then get a quote but I have to approve the proof, confirm the order and AFTER THAT am told that my order will take 2 to 3 weeks. So, I do not expect to be in receipt of my order until sometime in November at the earliest.
This is appalling "service"

Unfortunately, as this is a bespoke specially made item, the process takes a little longer as a design proof has to be created then sent for approval to yourself before production can begin. Although you have received a lead time of 2 - 3 weeks, we can supply the item in 2 - 4 days but the cost would increase considerably. I’m sorry you feel the process has been delayed but we have to be sure that we produce the exact goods required. This doesn't reflect on our service or business ethic and I hope you won't hesitate to use us in the future.
