Still waiting for my order
I ordered a week ago and I’m still waiting for my order. They were quick to respond to my emails, but I had to contact them first to get an update. The second time I emailed to find out where my order was, I was told they were waiting for the mouthwash to be restocked, which was due to arrive that same day. However, my order still shows as ‘Preparing my order’, and I haven’t received any further updates. This is my first time ordering and I’m quite disappointed.

Customer service is brilliant. Been ordering from them for the last year and half. Sadly my toothbrush stopped working - Dave has been great and trying to help get it resolved.
