Very disappointed with the quality of…

Dear Team,

Pease can you respond to my 2 e-mails regarding return slip. This was not included in the original pack. I don't want it to get lost. Do I need to include anything apart from the return label with the pack? Please can you get back to me, as I don't want to prolong the return.

Very disappointed with the quality of rug received . Patches of fur missing and scratch marks. I have e-mailed the company for a refund twice, however no response. Called the number on the website many times, but the number is dead. Getting concerned that the company has gone under ( dead phone line)

I had a bad experience with Icowhide

I had a bad experience with Icowhide. I ordered a cowhide rug, and they confirmed the order, but then they canceled it without explaining why. I tried to contact them via e-mail to find out the reason, but no one responded. As of now, I haven't received a clear explanation or a refund! This has raised doubts for me about whether this site is secure or potentially fraudulent !!!
