Client bought Hertiage Brass fittings for £2m house costing over £15,000. Four window catches failed, just small pins to replace. Multiple phone calls no pins had to buy new window catches. Service department promised to attend to problem, but failed after 4 phone calls and multiple emails. Poor service, no excuse for this.
Beautifully made stylish, art deco style door handles. Like another reviewer, the bathroom spindle was accidentally cut too short, but the company replaced it very quickly and with no charge. I love to buy British products, and I don't believe I would have got this excellent level of customer service otherwise.
