First and foremost, the device operated perfectly throughout my entire experience—no issues at all on that end.
I also want to highlight the representative who initially signed me up. He was incredibly patient, kind, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me. That level of customer service made a stressful situation much easier to navigate.
Unfortunately, we did run into an inconvenient issue that extended my overall timeline. Due to an error in my original contract—where a supervisor entered an extra month—it resulted in my removal date being incorrect. This led to me needing a judge to submit a letter to the DMV confirming that my actual removal date was, and should have always been, 2/19/26. Because of this mistake, the process was dragged out an additional month and required me to pay for extra time unnecessarily.
That said, I do want to recognize Brenda, the representative who handled my closing call. She was extremely helpful, scheduled my removal appointment promptly, and clearly explained all the fees involved so there were no surprises. Her assistance made a frustrating situation much easier to bring to a close.
Overall, while there was a setback due to a contract error, the device itself was reliable and there are truly some outstanding representatives who go above and beyond to support their customers. I would definitely recommend their device, especially because of team members like the one who signed me up and Brenda, who made the experience much more manageable.

Absolutely terrible.
They keep over charging every time I go in to get my collaboration. I’m spending like 300 a month just to have it then now they’re saying I owe 164 just for the collaboration.

10/19/2025 - I received the product. I was very excited! Impressed by how fast the delivery was. It was days ahead of the expected delivery date.
I opened the box, and immediately, there was something off about the outside appearance. I compared it with the company's own videos and all the other newer reviews on YouTube. Mine looked like a bad imitation. (Yes, I bought it from their actual website)
I started to scrutinize the whole bottle, including the insides. On the top part, where the nozzle is, there was cracking/flaking/chipping of the plastic. It looks like it was not heated properly. The top black part that connects the orange body was not flush. There were several minor scratches and imperfections.
I can let go of all the other issues, but not the cracked/flaking/chipping plastic, as with use and time, it will get worse, and nasty stuff will get into those cracks (and it was very near the nozzle).
I reached out to their customer service via email. Together with my explanation were pictures of all the issues. They acknowledged some changes with the product and will address the cracking/flaking/chipping. This was okay with me as it was my main concern.
Given the LifeSaver Liberty’s price point, one of the highest, if not THE highest, among water purifier bottles, even compared to the Grayl non-titanium, I believe it’s only fair to expect a truly premium product in every aspect. From materials and construction to finish and presentation.
At this price, the product should arrive in flawless condition. Free from scratches, dents, or marks, with all parts fitting flush and cleanly. Unfortunately, the unit I received has visible imperfections that make it feel below the quality standard expected for something in this price range.
I'm surprised this bottle even passed their Quality Control.
I requested a brand new replacement with a return package to send this current one out. They happily agreed. Only to go back on their words a few days later saying I have to shoulder the shipping fee. The shipping fee from my country going back to them is more expensive than the product. I went back and forth with their customer service but to sum it all up and without the gloss and sugar, I was basically told, suck it up loser!
My only fault here was buying their product. They want to pass the expense of returning the product onto the customer. I can't afford that.

I purchased a Wayfarer and used it on a two day camping trip last year. I then followed instructions for long term storage before putting in a new disc for a trip this weekend. Worked absolutely fine until the last refill. It only comes through at a dribble. We were in the Brecons and filtering only from decent running streams pretty high up so crystal clear water.
I've watched the video's and it appears the membrane is faulty after only very limited use. I'd estimate 16 litres of water filtered.
I emailed them to ask for help but no response.

I told previous employees multiple times the issue and say they will put in order to fix. But nada this guy figured out a way by changing my account email and boom I got access to my info. Dwi are stressful enough so him going above and beyond shows he cares for people and who pay for the service l. Lifesafer train your employees to be like Edgar.

He was very helpful and honest, answered all my questions with the best attitude because I can be very hard to work with at times.. I applaud this man, i have recommended many of my friends who got into similar situations to work with this company solely because of Roberts great customer service. Incredibly fast shipment.
The product was at my door the same week I ordered it. The product is robust and it is for my just in case purposes. I have two of the large totes stashed in my basement and I feel much safer knowing I will be fine in case anything happens.
Very happy with the product, and the instructional videos on YouTube are very helpful. Pay attention when first priming the filter to make sure that any kinks in the hoses are taken out. They are carefully rolled with elastic bands for packaging, and the indentations left in the tubing need to be squeezed out before first use. If not, pressure builds up inside the unit. Unfortunately UPS didn't provide me with a tracking number, and my order was nearly returned to sender, but this wasn't the fault of the very helpful team at Lifesaver Icon....
With tax now added to products after the discount has been applied, the products are no cheaper than they used to be. Black Friday discount now pointless due to the price increases
Service was good! Love the product. Just thought the shipping was a little pricey for such a small item. Received in tact all that matters.

We ordered the part from Germany as we were in Denmark, but it was shipped from the UK. We had to pay a customs charge and the delivery was delayed for a few days. This was not what we expected.
