First of all:
I really recommend to film an unboxing video before opening your parcel for a smoother experience and will do so in the future for any online orders.

I want to be completely transparent.
I found it difficult to rate my experience with this shop, as the products are great but my customer service experience unfortunately wasn't. While I do understand that there is a lot of struggle for small business when it comes to scams and returns, the initial reaction to my review was disappointingly unprofessional.

However, I decided to change my original review from 2 to 4 stars, as my issue was ultimately resolved and promises were made to improve on the customer service front.

Great site, i ordered 2 figures for 33 each then paid 15 for air mail they was sent out 6 days after I placed the order ans arrived on the door 4 days after that super fast with no issues and tracking was avaliable I will be ordering more ASAP

I bought an omanyte plush. I was a little bit skeptical but I messaged ichiba Japan and Hina assured me everything was okay. Considering it came all the way from Osaka it came very quick. The omanyte plush is absolutely lovely, I won't be skeptical if I use ichiba Japan again.

I ordered a chainsawman shf half an year ago, but the chainsawman faceplate arrived with bad paint quality, so i am pretty dissapointed with that part especially because it also falls off abit too easily.
