I will say the shipping was a bit slow but that’s okay cause I live in Australia so international shipping always takes time.

My first time ordering from Ichiba Japan I had a great experience I order a Tails plush It was sent out on 28 Feb and It arrived on 12 March 2 weeks using the cheapest delivery option which I am very Impressed.

The packaging was super as well and arrived safely too. This Is my go to place to buy Sonic Merchandise now and I recommend them too 😊

It was my first time buying from Ichiba Japan, and firstly I checked on Trustpilot of course. Good reviews, so I ordered a Pokemon, Espurr Sleeping cuties plush for my girlfriend! It came on time, and communication with the website/seller was great! I also didn't break the bank on shipping, it was fairly affordable.

Great store, speedy delivery, ordered Tifa Adorable Arts from Ichiba Japan, excellent customer service, good packaging, but was little surprised as there was a fee at the post office, overall great experience

The package arrived really quickly all the way to Finland. The shipment was marked completely correctly according to EU customs regulations.

Ordered the products on Monday Evening GMT (quite literally 3am JST)

Expected a few weeks wait, as I appreciate it's a niche product. I did purchase the speed-up service, but it was like £3, so didn't expect that to speed it up too much.

They arrived at 11am on Thursday GMT. Quite literally less than 2 business days for 3 products around the world including customs. Products were beautifully packaged, safe, I am slightly in shock just how good this company is. Will absolutely be ordering again.

Ichiba is the only shop I have ever purchased directly from in Japan.
I only have positive feelings for my currently, till today, completed two orders.
The staff is helpful & very kind, with quick responses to any mail sent or question made.
You receive constant notifications about each order's status, even more by the time it is shipped to the intended destination.
The items received are perfect in their condition, unused and brand new.
The item packaging is well sealed for safe transfer to the designated address.
I am so grateful and I am proud being Ichiba's customer and I will definitely proceed with more orders in the near future.

I love Pokemon plushies, but they were too expensive in Amazon or other stores in my country, so finding this page is one of the best things I did. Good prices, good service and every plush is original.

My only complaint would be the lack of stock in some plushies I’d love to get.

Really amazing experience!!!! I ordered a Sonic Sanrio plushy, and not only did it arrive super fast (less than 2 weeks) using the cheapest shipping option, but it was also packaged extremely well and securely. The plush inside was in 0erfect condition and authentic still with tags. Really really super service!!!
