REAL:Delivery took 28days, all items were in one jewelry box wrapped in bubble wrap together. The 2yellow chains were meh, BUT I was very satisfied with the 5-layer VVS ring, its gorgeous!! Looks just like the photos. The seller reached out after my review &made things right. Customer service: 10/10, I appreciate their effort to resolve the issue. IF I EVER order again, I will choose white gold or silver, as the yellow chains looked a bit inexpensive to ME.

I recently purchased a moissanite tennis chain and bracelet bundle from Icecartel. The pieces shine a lot in the light and definitely give a clean luxury look without spending real diamond money. The yellow gold finish looks great in person, and the moissanite stones have strong sparkle and pass a diamond tester.
I also appreciate that the jewelry is made with 925 silver instead of cheap alloy metal, so it feels more durable than a lot of fashion jewelry brands online. Customer service responded to my questions quickly, and the ordering process was smooth.
Overall, good option if you want a flashy everyday jewelry look at a more affordable price point.

This was a long time coming. I say this because for the past few years I've been looking for jewelry that would be solid, high quality and timeless. Little did I know I'd find a whole set. My jewelry set came delivered in hand after signature, that's when I knew it was official. Once I opened the box, an sky blue box was revealed, more excitement with depended breaths and increased heart rate. Then the jewelry was revealed upon opening the blue ice cartel jewelry box. The inside lined with black velvet with my jewelry carefully wrapped. Once in my hand, my jaw dropped, just like ice in my hands it was cold to the touch every inch of my necklaces covered. I'm in love 😘💕 the bracelet, the earrings. I didn't want to take it off. Best quality jewelry ever.
