Custom $2k pendant disaster. Made incorrect. Took days for them to even admit they had screwed up. Had to send examples of requirements not met. Now weeks have gone by with no fix and very poor communication. Complete failure.

Good quality, customer support lacking
So yeah, the order was correct sizes and all. Noticed a flaw in one of the black diamonds but nothing to make a fuss about. Pieces are beautiful and well crafted. Super sparkly. However, the customer support is lacking. I ordered an 18inch. Little too tight for my liking. Emailed about more clasps. Given a response about 4-5 days later. I responded back. Have yet to hear and it has been almost a week. Kind of lacking in that department.
