Phones were delivered on time and in perfect condition. After having a lot of trouble trying to transfer data over, we needed a QR code from Vodafone even though we were staying with them. I emailed John from ICE and within minutes he was on the phone and sorting the QR code out for me. What a service!!, I couldn't have asked for better customer service. Thank you John....

Awful company
Awful company - in three years they have 'accidently' barred my phone when i was abroad even though i had agreed roaming packages, between myself and the other director this happened EIGHT times, each time we got barred they blamed the network and took an average of 3 to 5 days to get the phones back on

Where to start? miss selling, pressure selling, misleading terms, sneaky clauses.
After a cold call, I gave the friendly sales rep benefit of doubt to sell me a contract and take me off the sim only deal I had with another provider (id mobile). The first red flag was the half-arsed switch from id mobile, yes I was able to port my number across but for some reason I ended up having to pay ID Mobile £80 even though I was leaving a sim only deal?
The second red flag was the way the deal itself was set up. A whopping £80/m for the actual deal (pixel 8 + unlimited mins + 40gb data) but with £45 per month in promotional discounts to bring the monthly fee down to a more palatable £35/m.
In the very fine print of the contract, these promotional discounts would only be paid for 18 months however the total length of the contract was 36 months.
Admittedly, I should have spent much more time on going through the terms but made the incredibly costly mistake of trusting the sales agent to clarify all the main and important parts of the deal.
I cannot wait for this sentence to finish but unfortunately no amount of good behaviour will grant me an early release. All I can do is warn other potential victims and hopefully this deplorable firm will go out of business.

Following hard reset of my router
Following the hard reset of my router, I lost internet. Brett was very helpful in promptly provided the password information I required to login and re-enable my service. He also offered advice on additional aspects such as my WiFi extender (although he was not obligated to.) much appreciated.

Outstanding service from start to finish
I honestly can't recommend this company highly enough. From the very first conversation through to getting our new telephone system fully installed, the service has been exceptional.
A special mention has to go to Vince, who has been absolutely fantastic throughout. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and he's always been available to answer questions, offer advice and make sure everything has gone smoothly. His communication has been first class, and it's clear he genuinely cares about providing the best possible service.
The installation was seamless, everything was explained clearly, and the whole process was handled professionally from start to finish. It's refreshing to deal with a company that puts customer service at the heart of everything they do.
If you're looking for a new telephone system and want a company that delivers exactly what they promise with outstanding support every step of the way, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thank you to Vince and the whole team for making what could have been a stressful process so easy.
