Run from this company. Nonexistent customer service. Warranty is a scam

I have ordered from this thief scammer company butures, they charged me and never sent me my order. nor refunded me back. I email them daily but they never reply . beaware of this company please

Machine a few days over 1 year old. Three year warranty activated at time of purchase. Mid November I contacted Customer service, rattling noise in head,suction going ,-- completely non functional after another 3 days. I am still without a working machine,customer services appalling. I have now been told a new head is being sent via Amazon.
Amazon!!! What sort of service is this? Are there no spares readily available. Six weeks I've been waiting! I've asked for a refund,no response to that request only that it is my prerogative to stop or return Amazon parcel!!!

I was contemplating one of the products from Buture. Then I realised that a lot of the reviews mentioned poor customer relations and communication. I then paid heed to the 5* reviews and they were the only ones Buture responded to 🤔🙄
This told me not to take the risk of buying.

DO NOT BUY BUTURE PRODUCTS! I purchased a cordless vacuum from Amazon Nov 2023. I filled out and registered for my free 3 year warranty. Email received confirming my warranty. One year later the cleaner head fractured! (I think a design flaw). I emailed Buture as required (including a photo) - 3 different email addresses. NO REPLY! As with others above, the company ignore emails, don’t have a phone number, nor do they publish an address. Amazon do not advertise Buture vacuums and do not take responsibility for their warranties. Buture are a poor company who are cheating their customers. Notice that positive feedback gets a reply from them - all the same standard comments (probably from a computerised machine. My advice - DON’T buy their products, you will not get any support or warranty.

Bad quality,poor customer service

I bought the VC10 last September from Amazon.ca ...battery only lastet 3 month. I received twice a replacement one. Now the 3rd battery went ... 3 batteries in 12 month, I been trying to reach the company nobody gets back to me. I got the 3 year warranty but

I ordered a vacuum head for vc50. They sent me wrong size head for my vacuum. I emailed but there is no answer!!

I ordered a cordless vacuum cleaner a few weeks ago and the delivery company state it has been delivered before the date/time that I ordered the item, which makes no sense. I have contacted both ibuture and the delivery company and no one is responding, I've requested a refund and no response.

I have ordered a battery from their website for my vacuum cleaner, but it doesn’t work ( does not charge) and I have contact them and telling them that the battery doesn’t charge and after many attempts they respond and asking if I’m using the original charger and I told them that yes, after that they don’t respond to my emails at all , a very bad customer support and company, do not recommend it at all.

I bought the Buture cordless vacuum cleaner 400W, 33Kpa from Amazon. The Battery stopped charging and only blinks red light. I tried to contact the seller, I emailed Buture to get help or a replacement battery, since it it’s still under warranty, but I did not get any response. It was a nice vacuum when it worked, but there’s no customer service and you’re going have to buy a replacement battery even if you have an active warranty. I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone.

Suction power is minimum. Battery doesn't last long. I tried to reach customer care for a malfunction issue after 1 year of mild use and it's just impossible to reach them.
Not a good purchase

I bought a Vacuum (VC50) on February 2024. In September my Vacuum started to not work properly (goes on/off). I have been trying to reach the customer support for 2 months... Nothing, not a even a reply.

The vacuum did clean floors. It pushed fur around but did not suck it up. It took me over a week to get information on how to return. They received my return on Nov 4, with a 5-7 day refund policy. I still have not gotten my return and they will not respond to my inquiries. Also they will not pay for return shipping even though the product did not work as advertised. DO NOT BUY update 1/8/25 still did not get my refund. Company will not reply to me and even though they got my return will NOT give me my $$ back

When you see how bad this Company’s reviews are you would think they need to be investigated and not allowed to keep trading. I am in dispute with this company after they miss sold me their JR700 vacuum cleaner Bundle which included 2 spare batteries and 9 spare filters. I got the 9 spare filters plus the one filter already in the vacuum cleaner but they only sent one spare battery. When I emailed asking for the 2nd spare battery, they tried to say that I was only entitled to one as the other was in the vacuum cleaner. So that would mean that if I hadn’t paid extra for the Bundle, my vacuum cleaner wouldn’t have had a battery inside it. When I told them their advert was misleading, surprise surprise, they changed the advert. This Company should be closed down. I am reporting them to the Office of Fair Trading, and their cleaner is rubbish too !!

HOW VERY STRANGE THAT, DESPITE YOUR “CONCERN” I HAVENT HEARD FROM ANYONE FROM BUTURE !!!!!!

I bought a vacuum in March 2024 which has stopped working, I have filled out a contact form on the website, contacted them via email and replied to the extended warranty email I got back from them when I bought the product. Nothing - no response at all. The actual vacuum was good for the short time it worked but seems it was a waste of money. Avoid.

I'm giving this a good review, hoping it will be well received. I haven't purchased a vacuum cleaner yet. The positive reviews seems suspicious to me, many of them have the same phrases, end or start the same. Most of the positive reviewers have only done one trustpilot review. If you look at the two who have done more (2 reviews), their other reviews are definitely questionable. The true reviews seems to be the negative ones...

I bought a VC80 vacuum several months ago, I have been quite happy up till now, My battery will not charge, I have sent 2 emails in the last 2 eweeksthrough the website but have had no reply, not even an acknowledgement. how can I get in touch with a live person. My number is 437 999 2893,

Purchased Buture's BR700 car battery charger multi-function unit from this Chinese consumer electronics company. It failed. After multiple attempts to get their attention, Buture customer service finally responded to my warranty request saying they would refund me half of my purchase price. I declined - reminding them of their 1-year no charge repair or replacement warranty. They ghosted me. I got my credit card to refund my purchase price and also filed a complaint with the FTC (Federal Trade Commission).

Their response on Trust Pilot is a bold fabrication; we e-mailed back and forth multiple times. They cannot be trusted.

The battery of my vacuum cleaner suddenly stopped after less than a year of use. I tried to contact the customer service to benefit my 3-year warranty but after a first mail where they asked to send them picture and video or the issue, they never replied to my emails.
I don’t recommend this brand, they are not reliable and they lie about the warranty.
THERE IS NO WARRANTY! Be careful!

To reply to your message, yes I have sent emails to your customer service, tech support, affiliate sales contact but no one replied to me.
