Buture 

The support team did not provide a replacement for the product after the battery stopped charging and did not respond to any of my emails even once. I sent multiple messages to the support team after I tried to use the product for 2nd time and never received a response. I only received a response after messaging the official team, which did not help as they only told me they forwarded my message to the support team. Never buy a product from this company. They will not replace the product if it breaks before the warranty expires and the support is terrible. They do not have a phone number for contact, and they do not reply to emails. They intentionally delay until the warranty expires.

I aim to be as objective as possible here, which is why I’m giving three stars instead of the 0/1 stars that many others have rated Buture.

I purchased a Buture stick vacuum earlier this year to tackle dog hair, and to be fair, the unit performed well. It has great suction, a brilliant searchlight, is lightweight, and fairly robust for a plastic device. However, I quickly noticed the battery didn’t last the advertised 55 minutes. Instead, it ranged from 15 to 25 minutes, depending on the power setting, which I noted in my initial Amazon review.

A day or two later, a Buture representative reached out and promptly sent me a backup battery, which I appreciated. Their customer service at this stage was impressive, and I was pleased with the gesture.

Fast forward a few months, and one of the batteries stopped charging. I contacted the company again, but after more than two months and about a dozen emails, I’ve had no resolution. Now, the second battery is also failing, leaving me with a vacuum that’s nothing more than a plastic ornament.

It seems that battery issues are a common theme in many reviews, and unfortunately, my experience has been no different.

To anyone considering purchasing from this company, I suggest doing some due diligence before spending your hard-earned money.

In summary, the machine itself is good and performs its intended task well. The initial customer service was promising, but it completely disappeared when the battery problems arose. It’s a shame, as the vacuum worked well while it lasted.

Having given it more thought, I might stick some plastic arms and a head on it and use it as a makeshift scarecrow in the back garden to frighten the pigeons away. At least it will serve some sort of purpose.

Brutal vacuum, don’t waste your money. Customer service is even worse, I’ve been waiting since June 14, written 4 emails and nothing..

I have sent 9 emails… some you’ve responded to and the others you’ve left high and dry. I want a refund.

Like I said the worst customer service and even worse vacuum.

I submitted a contact request to ibuture.com to ask for assistance with a faulty product 4 days ago - but have not had an acknowledgement of this or otherwise response. Poor customer service
