Easy ordering and payment on the website. A little lack of information regarding parcel tracking. Delivery took 10 days from ordering to receiving the bike which is good from Spain to Sweden. Overall a good experience!

I ordered shoes, the process was uncomplicated and very quick. They are cycling shoes that I couldn't find anywhere in Europe, but I found them here. I will definitely order my next pair here.

Super fast delivery to Finland. Ordered on sunday and arrived on thursday. Price was also 200-300€ cheaper than here.

Horrible expirience, placed the order 20 days ago, and still not shipped. Every time i ask what is going on with order, they reply "sorry, we will send it tommorow" or "we will send it next monday", and still nothing happened. Still waiting without my part, cannot ride my bike, because they are lying to customers selling something they dont have...

I know their prices are attractive but I highly recommend anyone to pay the little extra from an established company after my experience. I ordered and paid for a top mid July. There was no updates a couple days post EST delivery date so I reached out. The company then told me they had not got it in stock and had to get it from the supplier. They provided me with an updated ETA. This ETA was soon past so I had to reach out again. Still had not got the top I ordered and gave me another ETA which was 2 weeks time from when I last reached out, almost a month since my order. I then had to reach out again as no updates and they told me they had only got it in a different colour. So a month after I ordered and following up they still had not got my top and never reached out to provide an update. So in short, I would not recommend anyone to use this company. Awful customer service, awful system. Pay the small few extra $ and order from a proper company.

Purchased an Orbea MTB from ibk, and being in the US was definitely a bit wary of getting scammed by a random website. Did some research and it all seemed legit, so I placed my order as the price was hard to beat! Rosi kept in touch with me as my order progressed, and I received my bike ahead of schedule. Definitely some assembly required but it's what you'd expect, the brakes and derailleur were all set up but had to put the handlebars on, wire the dropper, throw the saddle on attach derailleur to frame etc... Overall a great experience purchasing from them!

Slow shipping. Unresponsive. Would not buy again from this company

IBKsport had the spokes I needed to fix my wheel. Shipping was fast and the price was right.

Customer service was excellent through the whole process, and the bike as well is excellent!

I ordered the bike and there was no sign of it being processed after payment - I emailed and a reply said that it would be processed two weeks ago - it still says that it is pending delivery to courier - I am worried about this transaction

Update 1. I have had a further email with shipping details - we shall see when it arrives .

Update 2. The bike arrived on 23 May. It requires a professional build which was not expected and will cost an additional 150 Euros. It was supposed to arrive before 7 May. My wife's birthday was last week and it was a gift for her. We also have a holiday this week and the bike is not available due to the requirement for a professional build. I am therefore leaving a 1 star review in place. This has been a very stressful purchase and if the company had told me in advance that there would be such a delay in delivery and that there would be such poor communication and that there would be the requirement for a professional build I would not have bought the bike. So they have the benefit (I paid almost a month ago) of having caused a lot of stress and disappointment. The bike was available from other sellers including the main specialized dealer at the same price. I think that they should refund me the price of the professional build and shipping cost.

Update 3 - just to clarify the bike was delivered completely un assembled in original packaging. It requires specialist assembly using specialist tools that are not available to me or my usual bike technician. Specialized dealer will have to assemble. I do not accept that you were in constant communication with me. Your communications were very slow and sporadic and in fact you only really started to communicate with me properly when I posted on trustpilot.

Even then you have communicated inaccuracies in your responses to me. This is a disgrace.

I recently purchased an Orbea Laufey bicycle and I must say I am delighted with it!

I was initially dubious about buying a bike outside of Poland, where I live, as I feared long deliveries and damages.

The IBK company did an amazing job with both packing and assembly (professional assembly at an extra cost of 50 euros). The bike arrived intact with no problems in 4 business days.

There were some stressful days as I had to wait almost 2 weeks before receiving the shipping number as they were quite busy with other orders, understandable as we are in the middle of the season, but everything worked out fine!

Eduardo helped me a lot, I thank him very much and I apologize again for the multiple emails I sent him.

A little advice to the company:
if there are delays it would be good to let them know right away by email so that customers don't stay doubtful about what is happening.

for future customers:
if you want to buy a bike, be patient if you are in the middle of the spring/summer season, everything will be fine but with a few days delay on the schedule stated on the website.
"Patience helps the bold and you will be rewarded"

Nice family owned business. Was not sure if it was a real company being in the US. But all went well and Eduardo was great on seeing things through.

Very fast delivery, price lower than other sellers, comunication on a very good level althought no changes were possible (I would like to buy bigger chain ring than factory settings)

fast communication, bike as described, good quality, fast and safe shipping, anytime again

for a start, what I liked less and what is worth improving
1. communalisation. 2 days on average for an answer, which also often provoked further questions and therefore prolonged the process.
2. time from order to dispatch - definitely worth working on to reduce this - I know that during the season there is a problem because there are too few hands to work, but maybe it is worth hiring people to help temporarily? For the long waiting period for the bike a gift was promised but in the end I got nothing.

what was liked:
1. pre-assembled bike - from my side putting wheels and handlebars and saddle.
2. packing the bike - there is no chance of anything getting damaged during transport.
3. the price of the bike - very good for me

I bought twice from them and I can say that I received the most competitive price each time, and they are pretty good at communication.

I ordered the bike from IBK to Poland. It was an Orbera Oiz in a beautiful Green Goblin paint job. From the time of ordering to delivery will be even a month. The bike was well protected and came undamaged. The contact with Eduardo was efficient, the invoice was issued without any problem. I would have given 5 stars, but the bike was delivered without a cover to protect the frame from chain strikes. Unfortunately, I had to wait more than a month for the cover, so I was forced to purchase a temporary cover fastened with velcro. I recommend the IBK store because they have a large assortment, high discounts and care about good customer contact. The store could gain new customers from abroad if shipping times were faster :)

Eduardo and all the staff are experts in their field. I found purchasing my turbo levo painless operation even if at times, i couldnt get through on the phone. They were very responsive on email and answered all my questions. I would not hesitate to recommend or purchase another bike from IBK. Many thanks to all.
