Out of date and little information. Waste of time.
Luckily I got the course with a voucher. It isn't worth £309. It isn't worth the £9.
The initial styles are out of date so you wouldn't use them on today's adults let alone teens. There was no actual tutorial showing you how to create the style, how to hold anything in place such as pin curl. No details on the brushes etc used, back to the camera blocking the tutorial that's taking place. Then the sped up videos are telling me if I want to see the tutorial to join FREE GROUPS ON Facebook! Put music over them explaining anything.
I have learnt more from tiktok. Waste of time and money.

I was struggling to gain my certificate however David was extremely helpful and replied fast to get my problem solved. This made my experience so much more comfortable as I felt my problem was going to get sorted fast and effectively.

I beauty &makeup customer service is excellent
I come across I beauty &makeup on the internet. I had a course done and it was in depth and very informative. Easy to follow as well. I purchased the lifetime membership and David at customer service was excellent helping me to active my membership and make sure it work for me. David was very quick to respond on live chat, email, and phone, and fantastic to resolve any of my problems.

Fantastic course and support
I have signed up to two courses; Brow Lamination and Hair Extensions Methods and styling and they are so easy to follow.
When dealing with customer service agent David, as I had been gifted the wrong course, he quickly and efficiently helped me have this rectified in less than 5 minutes. Perfect service.

Absolute rubbish and waste of money and time.
I'm very disappointed with the course. It's been a total waste of money and time.
First, there's not one single video guide of the techniques described. One can learn more with a short free online video. It's like listening to an e-book with an unnatural electronic voice. It's got some decorative pictures on the side, but they don't help to learn either as they are only intended for decoration.
Second, the course even contradicts itself from one module to another. You are better off reading a book about the topic than using this course.
I highly suspect the positive reviews are fake. I wanted a refund, but I was told I had passed the 14 days window. When I started, I thought it'd be better in the following modules, and they were only giving descriptions at first, but it's the same from beginning to end. I complained to them, and I was offered to choose another course, but I'm not interested in any of their courses as they don't meet the standards I was expecting.
