Disappointing Experience

Unfortunately, my experience with IBC was disappointing. I expected a much more professional and straightforward service, but the overall experience did not meet my expectations.

Communication was not as clear as I would have liked, and I felt that some of my concerns were not handled properly. I also found the process more frustrating than it should have been.

Overall, I was not satisfied with the service I received and would not personally use the company again based on my experience.
