Matt was excellent again..not a easy job but was first class

Matt and his team were expert, start to finish. I don’t normally review but saw the lone review given here and felt compelled to clear the air. It is the absolute opposite of my experience. Sharpe Flooring were professional to the highest standard. My carpet was poorly installed by a competitor (understatement) and Matt immediately spotted the problems and went to great lengths to make things perfect. He calmed my distress and got right to work finding a workable solution which was not easy and included going directly to the handmade carpet maker in another country. It now looks lovely and I’m thrilled with the result. Hard lesson learned. I will never use another company again.

We are very disappointed with Matt Sharpe from Sharpe Flooring. He installed our Karndean gluedown LVT and carpet flooring throughout our whole new build house for which we paid a significant amount of money. The carpet was laid well and we are really happy with it, but we are having issues with the LVT flooring. The concrete floor has not been levelled properly before the LVT was glued down. As a result we have several places showing raised areas and waves. We have contacted Matt and his company several times via phone, email, WhatsApp and asked him to come and check how this can be rectified as part of installation warranty. Initially he promised he will come and do this but since then stopped responding and now is completely ignoring us. We have been forced to contact the Trading Standards as we are really unhappy with the flooring and with how Sharpe Flooring has not dealt with this issue. If you want your LVT flooring to be done properly do not use this company as you would be let down just like us.
