I have used these guys for over 10…

I have used these guys for over 10 Years, I can't recommend them enough. I trade with Dominic Baldwin but everyone there I have dealt with is great. The best exchange rate and instant payment and most important No issues! :-)

As an existing client of iBanFirst, through its previous trading as Cornhill, I have nothing but the highest of praise for this London firm of currency traders. Excellent and yet still personable service always - and their market rates are unbeatable. Thoroughly recommend.

Great platform with a lot of excellent tools

Great platform with a lot of excellent tools that help in the daily doing. It is a good combination of online trading with high availability of personal support when needed. I am working with the team in Munich which is higly responsible and have good humor.
Speed of payments and the payment tracking is excellent- I have not seen anything better so far. Please keep on to the constant development of services, I am looking forward to the upcoming new services.

Avoid, it is scam

Title: Unresolved $900 Charge

Experienced an unexplained charge from ibanfirst and received no response to our inquiries. Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and transparency. Urgent improvement in customer service needed.

The very bad experience I had with this…

The very bad experience I had with this platform was the delay in support response. Is it possible for someone to go on vacation twice a month and leave the customer waiting for their return from vacation? I really recommend not going for this platform!

My journey withiBanFirst: A Banking Nightmare - Lost Funds, Locked Accounts, and Ludicrous Demands iBanFirst has been a…

My journey with iBanFirst has been a rollercoaster of frustration, making it the most disappointing banking experience I've ever had. Here's the short of it:

- Money Trapped: After taking my money, they bombarded me with demands for strange documents. Even when I did what they asked, they wouldn't let my payments through and coming in.

- Account Limbo: Out of nowhere, they warned me my account would close if there were no incoming transactions for two months. Then, they flipped the script, saying I couldn't make any outgoing transactions, trapping my money inside.

- Compliance Cluelessness: Their compliance team seems to live on a different planet. They asked for personal details about my clients that were none of their business, showing they don't understand or care about how the real world works.

In essence, dealing with iBanFirst has been a lesson in what not to look for in a bank. It's cost me clients, projects, and peace of mind. My advice? If you hear "iBanFirst," run the other way to protect your money and sanity.

We as a licensed Payment Service Provider are regulated and need to comply to the measures adapted by the NBB (National Bank of Belgium), therefore we were obligated to close your account.

Poor service

We used to use Cornhill FX but had to move to ibanfirst in March 2023 after they acquired Cornhill. I had to completely re-do a verification process including sending documents several times even though I had been a client of Cornhill for about 15 years. I was given an online account which I could not access and technical support could not resolve. I did a transfer in March that took over a week to complete and I did a trade for Euros on 6th December and I have still not received the funds into my account in Spain.
I am blocked from my account so I cannot sign in and emails sent to ibanfirst support enquiring about the situation remain unanswered.

A slow payout.

A slow payout.
I had to chase several days later to be told your bank needed more information, which was very basic and you had on record.
Nobody contacted me about any issues.
I must add that the guys at Cornhill followed this up with the bank with great concern and it should not reflect on their service which is normally fast, efficient and cost effective.
I will certainly continue to use them, as this small issue was an exception rather than the norm.
