I’m sure it’s not often people say they look forward to visits to opticians or doctors or dentists but I2ioptometrists must be the exception to that rule

I've been a regular here for a few years now. The customer service is first class. You feel welcome and appreciated. Lovely shop, spacious and calm. On this occasion, after my eye test I was helped choose my new sunglasses. I had lovely service from Gabby . Listened to what I wanted, make good suggestions and processed it all for me. In the past I've also had fab service from Susie,Sarah, David and Mikey. I cant remember the opticians name, but she was also great.
Wouldn't go anywhere else now. Much better that the big opticians where is like a production line. Well done guys.

Great selection of frames to choose from. Staff were fantastic they looked after me as soon as I stepped in the door and helped me choose the correct glasses and lenses for me. I will definitely return when looking again.
