By far the fastest and easiest online clinic to use comprehensive questionnaire with pictures to help explain in plain English what information they require to process your treatment 12 hours after my consultation I have my medication ....keep up the good work guys 👍👍

Excellent service

Excellent service! Questionnaire based and extremely fast. I tried calling my Gp on Friday to get busy tone multiple times followed by no one answering later on.

I found i-Gp late on Saturday evening and decided to try it. By morning I had my response with my prescription ready to be sent to a pharmacy, and because my pharmacy was closed they even offered me a choice of pharmacies that were open close by. I confirmed, grabbed my prescription and I’m feeling much better already. I would’ve probably had to wait another few days if I didn’t use this service and considering the price and speed, it’s a no brainer!

5* Leaders in digital GP appointments

I have used I-GP several times for myself, and most recently for my husband as he had a chest infection but unable to get a normal GP appointment. It's a simple, straightforward process, as a nurse I knew each time I have used to service that antibiotics have been required, and this was reviewed and agreed by the GP. Good value for money and a definite leader in digital appointments. Would use again next time it is needed, and recommend to others.

Fast and easy to use

Fast and easy to use. Had my consultation at 7.45pm and by 9.30am the next day I had a prescription waiting for me at the chemist. This service is not a rip off like some online prescriptions. I have previously paid £35+ for five days of antibiotics but this was £10 for the consultation (which you get back if they can’t help you) and then £7 for the prescription. I will certainly recommend them and use them again.

Wonderful concept & wonderful service

At 0200am this morning beside myself with pain from dental abscess & wondering how I could get the antibiotics needed quickly, and on a weekend, I found i-GP. Blooming marvelous frankly. Easy to register, then answered a bunch of comprehensive questions regarding my health overall & current problem.

They 'opened' at 0900 this morning, sent me an email with all the finer details, including a treatment plan, & I was at my local chemist within the hour getting the antibiotics I needed.

Fuss free, easy to navigate process & no chasing around, waiting for call backs etc. Thank you!!!

Terrible customer service

This would be a fantastic service if the pharmacy end of it worked. Had my consultation chose tge pharmacy. They said they spoke to pharmacy and it was ready to collect. Got their but they do not provide thus service. Took fax to another they dont provide it either. Finaly went to asda chemist. Pharmacist needed a new fax to them. The pharmacist rang 3 times to be told they were faxing it. Been here over an hour and nothing. Rang myself to be told is it urgent it is in a que. Bloody shambles.

Thank you for taking the time to post your experience on Trustpilot and we are obviously saddened to hear your journey to care wasn’t as effective as we aim.

Although our Chief Medical Officer contacted you on the same day to explain the issues, we would like to recap your treatment with us:

You completed your digital consultation at 16.03 on a Saturday afternoon.
Your assessment was reviewed and a treatment plan was issued at 16.08.
We contacted you at 16.13 to inform you that your first choice Pharmacy was closed.
After you provided an alternative chemist, your prescription was sent and confirmed at Boots at 16.38 - 35 minutes after you first completed your consultation.

Normally this would be the point at which you could start your treatment and your recovery would begin.

Unfortunately Boots did not inform us that they had experienced a flood and were unable to process payment for your medication. This was the only reason they were unable to issue your medication at that time. We discovered this at 17.11 and contacted you to ask if you wanted to use a different chemist that evening.

Unfortunately Boots then issued you with a copy of your prescription without our knowledge and asked you to take it to another chemist. As this was not the original, in most cases it cannot be simply handed over to another Pharmacy. This is why we do not issue our patients with a copy of their prescription as we need to speak to your designated chemist to arrange the medication.
Clearly you were not to know this and so when you tried to take it elsewhere it was not initially accepted.

You then contacted Asda who agreed to issue the medication as you informed them you had a private prescription. Unfortunately when you attended Asda they also realised it was not an original prescription and so could not process it immediately without speaking to us first.

The reason we ask patients to specify their Pharmacy in our digital consultation is because we need to liaise directly with the Pharmacy in order to arrange the medication and in most cases this process cannot be completed by our patients unless they have requested an original posted prescription.

On a Weekend our main office closes at 18.00 and Asda called us at 18.08 and then shortly again thereafter at 18.31. We have a 24/7 helpline which collects messages for the team to review and action as required. In cases regarding urgent prescription issues, our website does state that we resolve most queries within 30 minutes during normal opening hours as we audit the time it takes to rectify any problems.

Your prescription was then sent to Asda by our team and confirmed just after 7 pm. We do state to our patients that it can take up to 2 hours to confirm medication at a designated Pharmacy but in 90% of cases our patients are able to collect their medication within 1 hour. Covid delays have obviously had an impact on how quickly the Pharmacy can process requests but we are sorry to hear you had to wait at Asda and understandably became frustrated by the process.

At i-GP, we strive to offer fast, safe and affordable care. Although our technology has won many healthcare awards, every patient experience to us matters and we work very hard to try and offer a high standard of care in a convenient and accessible way. On this occasion, we hope you can appreciate that these circumstances you encountered were rare and beyond our control but we are glad you still managed to access treatment within a relatively short period of time over a weekend.

Had a dental abscess couldn’t get a appointment , paid only £10 for online consultation ... then got a email saying perscription had been sent to chemist and pay there , was expecting to pay £40 with it being private ... no only £2.13 !!! So in total for everything it cost about £1.50 more than the nhs Prescription and if I had to Goto my drs I would have had to have take half a day off work which would have Cost a lot more ! 10/10 had my medication within hour of consultation ....

Excellent

I have had to use this service due to lack of services during restrictive Covid 19 practices. I needed An antibiotic urgently having already been through one horrific experience with my dentist and I can only say These GP,s are amazing. The questioning is long but thorough but once you get through that for a very reasonable fee I had a prescription at my chemist within an hour. I will use this service again as it is thorough, reasonable and fast. Thank you everyone at i GP

Outstanding, professional and efficient service!

came across this service while searching for options during lockdown with tooth ache from dental infection. Impossible to get non emergency dental or GP appointments at moment due to Covid 19. Filled in questionnaire at 2am as pain was really bothering me, prescription for antibiotics was with my local pharmacy ready for collection by 10am same day!!!! Absolutely outstanding service, would thoroughly recommend and communications and updates were excellent and professional. They cover a wide rage of minor illness's and ailments, and now when its so hard to get a local GP appointment it can be an invaluable support service!

Extremely pleased with this service

Wow! I am so impressed! I had the prescription within 1 hour from filling out the online questionnaire!
At the moment it's almost impossible getting an appointment at my local GP, so I am so grateful for this online service!!

Prompt and very efficient

Prompt, efficient and very impressive. We completed an online questionnaire at 5.30am via their website (24 hour access).
Once they started at 9am we had a prescription at the local pharmacy by 10am and a full treatment plan on email. Please do not hesitate to use i-gp. They have saved us a whole lot of time and worry.

Fantastic easy online service quick…

Fantastic easy online service quick efficient service less than 2 hours and I had my prescription I highly recommend this and saved me time going to my gp or local walk in clinic cost 10 pounds including my prescription

absolutely brilliant service

absolutely brilliant service, very thorough questions to aid the correct diagnosis. I had a dental abcess and was unable to get an urgent appointment with my dentist, Within an hour of the consultation my prescription was available to collect at my local pharmacy meaning I was able to start the course of antibiotics almost immediately.

Fantastic service
