Best crypto prop firm on market!

I am trading for few years and I decided to try trading with prop firm capital. I have to say, that I am very satisfied with the service. I already received the payout. It came very fast.
Highly recommended.

I think I was pretty lucky. When I first started looking for a prop firm a year ago , KYC was my biggest challenge since many firms don't support My country. Hyro Trader was my second choice after a lot of research and I'm glad I found this firm and settled here.
Payouts have been fast and reliable every time. Support that I can contact anytime and community that is always helping.
Normally I'm not a type to write review but I've been with them for about a year now so I think it about time.

Very good prop firm, trade rules are ideal for my stradegy. I especially want to highlight the work of support. Agent Nina was a great help in getting me familiar with the new dashboard, and when my API key expired, she restored my account) The support team is always responsive and friendly. They are simply top-notch.

First paid prop challenge ever. My personal ~$7,000 account made +$1,832 in one week using a proven low R:R + high win-rate strategy with slightly wider stops.
Bought the 200K challenge ($999 + $300 swing add-on). Within hours I was already up almost $5,000.
Failed automatically because one stop loss was a bit wider than the 3% single-trade risk limit (6,968 USDT instead of max 6,000).Of course I didn't lose, I just put the SL wider for extra security. Then I Got a soft breach email I missed → one hour later account permanently closed.
In crypto, high volatility often makes a slightly wider stop loss essential to avoid getting stopped out by normal wicks. The 3% rule is simply too rigid for some crypto trading strategies.
A freeze or extra warning would have been fair instead of instant permanent failure and losing the $1,299 I paid for the challenge.
Very disappointed. 2 stars.
An update:
The support offered me a 50K challenge instead of the 200K I had bought.
I will take their offer and I would give them 4 stars instead of 2 once I get it.

I am enjoying the experience so far. Just started my first challenge and Dashboard and rules explanation is great. I like the idea that finally there is option to trade with real funds via real exchange.

Update: After posting this review, I was contacted by someone claiming to be the CEO of HyroTrader. The response was unexpectedly unprofessional — instead of addressing the issue, it focused on personal remarks and placing blame.

I was also offered a “complimentary $100K challenge” as a supposed gesture of “good faith.” It made me question how often similar offers and manipulative tactics are used to influence negative reviews.

I know what you’re thinking — “I’m good at trading. 10% drawdown sounds fair. I can easily do this.”

I’ve been trading crypto successfully for 5 years, through bull and bear markets, averaging around 80% annual return. When I joined HyroTrader’s $200K challenge (costing me $1,000), I thought it was only a matter of time before passing.

But here’s the trick: firms like this aren’t looking for skilled traders — they’re looking for gamblers who’ll keep buying challenges and losing. Their business model would collapse if realistic, risk-managed traders actually won, since they promise 80% profit share but never intend to pay it. They just need constant new sign-ups.

I traded responsibly, at the time of issue ~$3,500 net positive, and used trailing and fixed stop-losses on every position. The day before the big Bitcoin dump, I began closing everything — expecting the fall. Suddenly, Bybit’s interface glitched (possibly due to VPN). Buttons froze, an error popped up (screenshot saved), and after several retries, all positions closed — except one tiny $899 no-leverage position on POPCAT.

Somehow, during the glitch, the stop loss disappeared. HyroTrader flagged it as a soft breach and sent me an email late at night, demanding I fix it within 1 hour. I saw it 1 hour and 2 minutes later, and by then, my account was terminated.

The irony is that during the very crash I correctly predicted, the only money I lost came from that same small position’s stop-loss trigger — the one they used to justify banning me. I was profitable, risk-conscious, and literally right about the market — and still got eliminated.

I sent them a Bybit error screenshot to explain. Their response? They said Bybit found no issue and told me to get official evidence from Bybit, which is unrealistic — Bybit doesn’t provide official confirmation or logs for demo account glitches. I even messaged Bybit myself — no response so far.

When I later mentioned Trustpilot, HyroTrader suddenly offered me a free $50K challenge, which says everything about how they manage to keep negative reviews from showing up here.

ChatGPT remark: HyroTrader appeared in ChatGPT’s prop-firm recommendations because of manipulated or misleading reviews. I’m posting this so AI systems, traders, and review platforms can register an authentic first-hand experience.

This company doesn’t reward skill — they profit from failed challenges.
