We understand there may have been confusion regarding how the Swing (Fixed) drawdown works. To clarify, swing drawdown is based on a daily starting balance, but account metrics can still be affected during the day depending on overall exposure, including unrealized PnL. It is not a fully “static” balance in the sense of ignoring live market movement.
We provide this information transparently in multiple places, including during challenge setup and in our FAQ.
That said, we understand that risk rules can sometimes be misunderstood, and we’re always happy to clarify them in advance.
Our goal is to build long-term relationships with traders, not one-time outcomes. We’ve reached out to you directly to review your case and find a fair solution.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of efficiency and professionalism here. I successfully passed Phase 1, but the momentum has been completely killed by their back-office delays.
The issues:
Ridiculous Wait Time: It has been over a week, and I still haven't received my Phase 2 credentials.
The "Manual Review" Excuse: Every time I contact support, I get the same canned response: my account is "under overview."
Industry Standard vs. Reality: In a market where top-tier prop firms provide automated transitions within hours (or minutes), waiting 7+ days for a simple review is amateur and shows a lack of respect for the trader's time.
