Ok - my mistake too. But the Purchas process “help” you to make this mistake.

This Comoany is a scam I sent several emails and I have not gotten a response. I ordered a drone and later saw all the negative comments. I see that now the drone are on back order. I contacted them to cancel my order as it has not yet been processed after a week and I called my cc company and alerted them of the issue. I also stated if it gets charged I will dispute it and if it ever died arrive I will not accept the parcel and they will pay the return postage.
So sad companies ruin it for the hood ones. I hesitate to order anything on line.

Total Malfunction of drone
I ordered a drone from Hyperstech and received it finally. We were very excited to finally get to try it out. We followed the instructions synchronized the controller and drone. The first flight everything seemed to be going ok until the drone stopped responding to any commands from the controller. The drone kept ascending and flying away from us. We were unable to track and find the drone.This was a complete loss. This was the first and last time we used the drone. We are very disappointed in the product and I also bought a 3 year extended warranty for my drone.I have sent the company multiple emails about the total malfunction of the product and zero response.

Do not be sucked in! I would give them 0 stars if it was possible. I ordered 2 drones nearly 3 weeks ago and have only received one email the day after my supposed purchase saying my order was being processed. I have since sent 3 emails and have not yet received a response! This company is a scam! I am now reporting this company to all authorities I can in the hopes they get shut down. I expect a full refund of the $300 I have lost.

Good Service received
I ordered the Dronex Pro but realised after paying by credit card, that it was not suitable as a gift for the person the purchase was intended for. So I emailed Hyperstech Customer Service WITHIN 72 HOURS stating that I would like to cancel the order. They asked for the reason why - which is an entirely reasonable request. Within 24 hours my credit card had been credited with the refund. I have no complaints about this firm. They were courteous and prompt.

They took my money and I have not heard anything back from them in 2 weeks. No tracking number, nothing. Do not order anything from this site.
The following day I heard from the seller. They sent me a text indicating that the item has been shipped with a tracking number which they gave me. Now I'm getting a message from trustpilot saying the seller doesn't have my order and they want me to send my credit card information, address and name. I don't think so I just want my money back. They certainly had all the information when they took the money out of my account. I'm pretty sure this is nothing but a big scam.
Hyperstech sent me another message: "Hello, We deeply apologize for the trouble caused to you because of us.

I have already read that this is one of the scam tools they use, pretend to lose your information, even though they've already sent you a tracking number from the USPS.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HYPERSTECH, they are a complete scam. I am going to post scam alerts on this company on every website that I can. I blocked my money, but maybe I can keep other people from losing theirs.
