Silence from customer service

I contracted with hyperoptic two weeks ago and I have literally no idea when or if I will ever get my broadband connection.
It's a pretty simple question but customer support don't seem to be able to handle it choosing to be either unresponsive or occasionally unhelpful.
Not sure if it is to be expected to be left in limbo indefinitely but I don't think I can recommend this provider.
I'll update this review if I ever hear back from them or just get bored waiting and go with Virgin.

So having went out of contract without noticing, they upped my bill to £70 pound a month without me knowing. This company are just rip off merchants...AVOID....AVOID.....AVOID....

Hyperoptic switch left me with no internet with no customer support

I have sent Hyperoptic a complaint regarding my switch. The engineer visited today and switched off my current provider and the Hyperoptic activation has not worked. I am a remote worker and I am without internet, I have raised this and been told someone will get back to me within 10 working days. This is not good enough!!! Don't believe the website where it says you will not be without the internet during the switch.

The best ISP out there

The best ISP out there. So much so it was a deciding factor where to buy my property. Now that I'm selling, I must cancel, but Ivan M. among others make the experience butter smooth.

Contract Renewal Experience

I received a courtesy call from company representative Matija Pecanac to discuss the options for renewing my broadband contract as it was due to expire. Matija was very courteous and helpful, and my contract was renewed in minutes. I'm really happy with the level of customer service and the upgraded package that I've received.

I had a great customer service experience with Amitosh Majumdar. He assisted me with placing my order and made the whole process clear and straightforward. He explained all aspects of the broadband plans in detail and also helped me with switching providers.

it was fine...

The service itself was fine, albeit company does seem to make it less than easy to cancel the service - but that is not unusual as I know many design their service that way. Having complained the company did respond quickly to make things better - to their credit.

I had a little technical problem so I phoned Hyper Optic. I only had to wait a short time in a queue and was answered by Vuk Nikolic. He was very friendly, understanding and efficient in sorting my problem in quick time. I'm very grateful for the service I received. Thank you. :-)
