I recently agreed to a new two-year contract with my broadband provider. Although the monthly price has increased slightly by £2, I now have their “Total Broadband Experience,” which I feel offers good overall value.
The gentleman who handled my account was excellent—knowledgeable, polite, and able to explain everything in a clear and easy-to-understand manner. He took the time to make sure I understood the changes and what I’d be getting as part of the new package.
Overall, I found the service to be great and the whole process smooth and reassuring.

We’d been with Hyperoptic for several years and were generally happy with the service, but a recent experience really let them down. We asked for what was basically an admin change so we could keep using the service, and instead they stuck rigidly to policy and charged an early termination fee, with no flexibility at all.
For a company that promotes itself as customer‑focused, this was disappointing, especially for long‑standing customers. The internet itself was fine, but the way this was handled means we won’t be recommending Hyperoptic or using them again.

David 13093 was an excellent engineer. He was communicative, calling me a day before to discuss the installation, he turned up on time, talked me through the process, and was very speedy, pleasant and helpful. My service activated right away and was a very seamless transition from my previous provider with no downtime. Based off this I would highly recommend hyperoptic.

I’m writing to express my frustration regarding the handling of my recent billing issue.
I was charged £618.48 from my account, which in itself was already concerning. After raising this with your team, I was clearly informed that this amount would be refunded in full.
It is therefore extremely disappointing and unacceptable to now be told that only £104.52 will be refunded. This is a significant discrepancy and directly contradicts what was previously confirmed to me.
I would like a clear explanation as to:
Why I was incorrectly charged £618.48 in the first place
Why I was assured a full refund, which has now not been honoured
On what basis the refund amount has been reduced to £104.52
At this stage, I expect the full refund of £618.48 to be processed without further delay, in line with what was originally agreed.
let me remind you a bit background story the reason of the refund and the cancellation that has been promised by your team is. I have cancelled it within the timeframe that has has been advised by your guidance your system confirmed as well that I have been initiated initiate email from my end was within the timeframe of the cancellation and that’s the reason they confirmed the full refund. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no option but to escalate this as a formal complaint.
I do need to highlight that the customer support are not responsive and communicating properly!
