Was told that hypertonic was already in my new house and when moving in we found that the last owners had cut and removed all cables meaning the router didn’t work. I called hyperoptic and an engineer was scheduled to come the next day! Mark 1246 was amazing and was in and out within the hour. He was prompt and professional. I am very impressed and would recommend hyperoptic to anyone.

Aleksandar gave really helpful support and help, including resetting various settings on my router. He is monitoring my system and seems genuinely concerned with solving my issues. I give him five stars for helpfulness, patience, and understanding of the problems
(Hopefully it will resolve my issues with Hyperoptic which was installed yesterday and not lived up to expectations.)

Worst experience ever! I have been waiting for a whole week to activate the WiFi service. Until now it is yet to solve and I don’t even know what the problem is! It takes forever to connect the online chat service and call center. No one really helps. Unbelievable and unacceptable!

Want to cancel because the connection has been a lot worse than with my precious supplier Virgin
Withing the firt 24 hours of connection the connection dropped for 20 mins or so in the middle of my online session. There is little to no connection up at the top of the house despite my paying f extra for whole coverage, Impossible or v difficult to connect phones
Freezing of image during teaching sessions and repeated lost connections,
I am bitterly disappointed as you appeared warmly recommended . And it is not possible to get through to you today when payment is being taken!
