Nice and fast support
All my experience with the hyperhost right now is the best. I opened a ticket not so confident that the issue could be solved, then Joaom came up with the issue mitigated and the site running smoothly. Right now I recommend the service as was recommended for me in the first place. If you're looking for a host, choose Hyper Host

The support is great. Ticket response times are above agerage. For the price of this hosting it equates to excellent support!

Great hosting company - excellent pricing and good support
As a retiring web designer I needed to migrate some clients who were on a multisite platform on another host company to individual hosting with their own accounts. Hyper.host offers a fantastic lifetime hosting deal that I hope wasn't too good to be true. And so far it's all very good. I've had a few technical questions and their excellent and fast response has been very helpful. My previous hosting company have been excellent and I was nervous to be be changing, but hyper have made it as stress free as possible and I hope my clients will continue to feel as I do.

It can take a little bit of time to resolve issues because its a ticket system and not instant chat but any issues I have had are always resolved.

Truly no words can describe my admiration and my complete loyalty to them. I bought a lifetime plan from them..It is natural that I encounter technical problems and I call them, and every time the problem is solved professionally and satisfies me..But the most important situation so far is when one of the most important websites suddenly stopped working and I became in a difficult situation In front of my customer.. and after some time of investigating the problem and abnormal pressure, we discovered that our plan contains a maximum database size of 1 GB.. and that it is supposed to buy more space.. but what happened from Hyperhost is unbelievable.. they upgraded The plan for free, and they explained the problem to me and told me that next time I would have to buy a wider plan.. Really a great company, excellent service, and technical support at the highest level

No Other Hosting Company Can Compare.
I've had so many support issues from other companies and I was searching for a hosting company with great support for a great price.
I found out about Hyperhost and I bought the Lifetime Unlimited Account. Free SSL Cerificates for all your sites, the security is unheard of for zero cost and the support is world class.
If you can afford the Lifetime Account, you better get it while you can! Best service I've bought this year!!!!

Great deal, quick install and nice support!
I found a deal for lifetime hosting on dealify. Out of fear, I purchased a 1 domain plan for testing. The result was very good and, therefore, I subscribed to a new plan of 10 additional domains. I've been testing it for over 4 months and it works perfectly for common websites. I already have several installed there. The wordpress installation comes with a built-in caching tool which helps a lot. Due to a new promotion, I ended up getting another package, the unlimited hosting.
Their support is via ticket and always responds quickly. I never had a problem.

I moved from SiteGround to HYPERHOST
Technical support and customer service with HYPERHOST (or Hyper. Host) are excellent! I can email them directly and their response rate is quick. As I am not a technical person, they also helped me to reduce the size of the database duplication and fix the DNS in my domain hosting. In SiteGround, there is no way to get support to fix the database but SiteGround will ask you to fix it yourself. SiteGround will shut down your website or ask you to hire a developer when your database goes up or over its limit (even though I have the highest plan). HYPERHOST has a broader limit than SiteGround. Can do Platform Transfer to Linux. I hope HYPERHOST stays in business forever. Special thanks to Youssef O, M.ElBoshy and B.H from HYPERHOST (or Hyper.Host).
One Hosting for all your websites - cloud hosting with daily automated backups, and easy migration. I am glad I moved to Hyper.Host. Highly recommended!

I am just a newbie hosting websites never done it before and I pulled it off with their help. I asked some basic questions and they answer them . For me their customer support is great. I don't know why others fuss about their customer support as for me it's great at least for the price that I have given.
