It was a really good service, but now they sent communication that they are going to close. Good performances of hosting and nice automation.

I subscribed to a lifetime deal, that worked well for more than 1 year, but now they communicated the closure. Not good for a "lifetime" service...

Like many others here I took up their lifetime deal for 10 sites. I believed I had found a service that was helpful having talked to their support team a few times in the past 11 months.

However out of the blue a email about closure. This is not even a month after another very positive email about their service and future.

I think they could have been a little more transparent of issues and even discussed with us potential other solutions.

So the service and company I thought were good went down hill very quickly. This is just poor customer service.

Bought lifetime host 2 times... 2 times scammed.

I purchased a lifetime deal from them a while ago, and I never received any email that they're shutting down.

What’s even more suspicious is that I received an email from wpgirl.com, offering me a "great deal" on a lifetime plan since Hyper Host is closing. This makes me believe that either:
Hyper Host has simply rebranded to wpgirl.com, or
They’ve sold our email addresses to another scam operation.
Either way, this is a clear scam stay away from both Hyper Host and wpgirl.com!
They’re just trying to squeeze more money out of victims.

I also bought lifetime deal before sometime and now got an email they are closing down, asked for refund but got a reply that they cannot refund for orders before 1st April 2025. They are big scammers as within minutes after I got closing down email from hyper host got another email from wpgirl.com stating that as hyper host is closing so they can offer me good deal for lifetime. So most probably hyper host have started new website wpgirl.com or they have sold tons of email addresses. Beware of these Scammers.

I paid around 400 USD for a lifetime deal 1 year ago. Yesterday, they sent an email saying that they would end the service. I have sent an email to ask for a refund. No answer. So basically getting cheated.

I received an email stating that they would be closing operations without even offering compensation, considering that I purchased the lifetime subscription some time ago, which is a scam

Lifetime hosting plans don't exist, don't fall into those traps. Sooner or later, those companies will go bankrupt and change their name to continue scamming

Year ago I bought lifetime hosting from hyper.host, and yesterday I received a mail from hyper.host that they are closing website, Shame On You hyper.host

I have the same experience, that this company is going to close on this 9 April 2025, and they said they can't refund all of my payment of 796$ for the lifetime deal.

Please return my money back Hyper Host.

Closed down after 6 months of purchasing lifetime deal.

I purchased a lifetime subscription a year ago, but I recently received a message stating that they are shutting down completely. However, there is no mention of any financial compensation.

I have been with Hyper Host for a few years and their customer service is AMAZING!!! They ALL go above and beyond but Youssef really went out of his way to help me. Great company, very reliable.

Hyperhost is a great hosting service.
- Their support team always responds quickly, and always has the best support for users.
- I bought their hosting from another provider, and had a bit of a problem with the mailbox capacity, it was not as announced by the seller. But Hyperhost still supports us.
- I have used a few service providers before, but Hyperhost is a completely different experience.
Really very satisfied.

Quite a convenient personal account, many possibilities, excellent prices. Although the interface is a little lame, it is not particularly designed for the user. If you figure it out, everything is very convenient!
