I LOVE Hyou!! I purchased several rings from them, as well as earrings, and have a long list of other pieces I’ll be getting. Photos don’t truly do these beauties justice- they look stunning. The vermeil looks like 18k, not 14k, as the color is a deep yellow. So happy they now have a store in DC!

I absolutely love the jewelry I ordered, and I was truly impressed by how quickly it was delivered. When I realized I had selected the wrong ring sizes and needed an exchange, the process was handled with remarkable speed and efficiency. Within just a few days, my new rings arrived. I purchased a Baguette & Diamond band ring made with lab grown diamond. The ring is beautiful, very happy with it. Nice quality, looks great with my ring stack!

I ordered the textured diamond band and two jewels had fallen out in 6 months. I asked if this could be replaced (since they have a 2 year warranty), they sent me a return label. Due to busy life schedule, I did not get around to sending it back for four months. I wasn’t wearing it so it was not a priority to return it quickly nor was I told there was an expected time frame to return it. Turns out the shipping label is only valid for 30 days, USPS took the package and I did not know it was invalid until I was following up on the tracking. Customer service with Hyou said they could not add payment on their end and asked if I could so I went back to the post office twice and was told I couldn’t. No one knows where this package is, it was never returned to me and it’s been over 7 weeks. I asked the company if we could meet halfway with a refund, they said they could only offer me 45% what the ring is currently selling for as a coupon code. I said I didn’t want to purchase the ring again (esp with inflation, it would cost almost what I paid for the ring full price). They said they cannot offer a refund for something that was purchased so long ago. So I am essentially out >$300 with no product now. I would not have attempted to return the product if it would have been this difficult. Customer service also needs to tell their clients there is a 30 day window to use the shipping label.

The gold and diamond earrings tarnished within a couple days of wearing a single time. We tried to have them repaired, but received a replacement item worth half the value.
