wow what can i say of all the trade people ive had igor is one of the best if not the best honest hardworking polite had a combi conversation done he told me it would take 2 days and true to his word on day 2 had my central heating up and running will definately use him again and comes highly recommended

Excellent service! Had issues with a 10+ year old boiler. Engineer quickly diagnosed the problem (faulty pump) and replaced it for a very competetive price. Highly recommended.

Quick and easy, great pricing.

For past sins we have been blessed with a Viessmann boiler (new in 2016) which has failed three times in three years.
Igor came and sorted out the boiler in November and all seemed well. When he came to do the annual service in early Feb, he advised that I should contact Viessmann's warranty office as there was clearly a fault. They said all was well. The boiler then failed late on Friday 14th Feb. Igor came out at midday on Saturday and managed to get it going. Unfortunately it failed again. Igor came out again and was here from 9-10pm getting it going. Thanks to him we had some heating over the weekend. It failed again. Viessmann's engineer came out and it turned out that several parts needed to be replaced. Igor attended while the engineer was here and all is now well.
To sum up the above, if you need an excellent engineer who will value your custom and provide a highly professional service at a very fair rate then look no further.

Igor came to replace my boiler on an emergency call out and he was at my house within 2 hours. With all the horror stories about rogue workmen who do bad jobs or rip people off I’m always wary about who to trust, especially with an expensive job. My mind was immediately put at rest because Igor is super polite and exceptionally professional. He took time to explain and demonstrate the issues I had and go through the costs.
He said he could refit my boiler that day and complete all the testing which I wasn’t sure could be done but he did it in three hours - by himself! I have never seen someone work so quickly and efficiently! He’s very respectful and he cleaned up after himself; the house was spotless.
I would thoroughly recommend Igor’s services, you won’t be disappointed. I’ve asked him to come back to look at some other jobs because I was so pleased.

Igor was very friendly and fixed our running water problem very quickly during an emergency call out. He also explained what we needed to do to fix the problem.

Igor was on time, always responsive, professional. He finished the job fast and also cleaned the place as it was before. He is a very trusted plumber who I have used before as well and will use in future too.

Having spoken to several plumbers before calling Igor, I could tell straight away that this guy knew his trade well, and would not BS me, or try to rip me off, so I booked him straight away. Now the work has been done, I know I made the right decision.

Very professional approach. A long term hot water issue resolved and what was done was clearly explained. Very punctual, polite and helpful. The charge was fair. Will definitely use again in respect of plumbing/heating or boiler issues.
