The Verdis Cascade water feature was bought as a birthday gift. When it arrived it was NOT what was advertised. Cheap and scratched with peeling plastic. The elements didn't fit together correctly and there was no trickling water sound from it at all. Very poor. So we requested a refund. This took days for Hydrialife to respond to us. Eventually we had an email stating we could return (with a reference number) and our original cost and return postage (as long as less than £10) would be refunded. So we returned at our cost. Again days later with lost of email chasing we final had the refund of the cost appear on the credit card, but no show of the return postage.

This company are crooks, they try and palm you off with excuses when they do respond, then have an automated email saying they will respond within 24 hours - they don't. Then they keep your money. Be warned. I have no idea where all the delighted customers seem to come from, it isn't likely, I suspect they are plants because we certainly didn't receive either a wonderful product, our money back or acceptable customer service. Be warned. Steer clear.

I bought the Hydria leaf cascade fountain whilst on offer with an additional “Verdant Whisper” largemouth bass spout & hardwood stand. The bass spout won’t fit in conjunction with the leaf cascade. The stand arrived broken which got replaced without too much trouble. The porcelain bowl isn’t actually porcelain. The Mosaic looks a completely different colour from the one in the picture. The light isn’t that powerful but the biggest gripe is it’s totally silent. All these reviewers talking about a soothing trickling water sound is beyond me. Still, a pretty little thing that fills a spot on my patio. Not unhappy per se, just very underwhelmed.

Very disappointed with our hydra contacted hydria saying how low we find the flow, they haven’t been able to help. So we just need to save up to buy a good water feature. Can’t recommend the product

Happy with my Hydria water feature. I bought the one with the bowl and leaves cascade the Bluey green version. Worked straight out of the box. Like others have mentioned it’s not as big as it looks online but lve put it in a larger ceramic dark blue planter outside. I sat it on an unturned pot and it sits perfectly height and width wise. It came with different fountain heads and a free brass fish it is which is really smaller than it looked online. Delivery was great and well packaged. Looking forward to sitting out in the garden listening to and watching my water fountain.

Bought two hydria fountains but both have very little water pressure (little more than a trickle). The power adjustment buttons on the remote don’t do anything the power stays at a minimum. Sent emails asking for support or refund and yet to hear back. Love the look but I need a fountain that works as advertised or a refund.

Had an issue with my battery and Hydria customer support provided clear troubleshooting directions. Unfortunately, I was in need of a new battery and Hydria provided me with a warranty replacement battery. Small company Great service. Think I will be buying that mosaic I wanted as well.

I love my hydria leaf cascade and cannot fault customer services. I had a query and it was sorted immediately. It sits beautifully in my living room. Calming and tranquil. Recommend highly.

I’ve had the Hydria system for over a year now and it’s fabulous. such an easy item to put together and I love the fact that it’s rechargeable so you don’t have to rely on the Sun. Stunning products. I now have the original and the leaf cascade. Work brilliantly- so easy to charge. Ordered and delivered really quickly. Looking forward to getting more interchangeable fountain heads

Such an amazing way to add a water feature to your garden without plumbing and hard landscaping. I only had to recharge my fountain once over the summer making it practical as well as stylish. I’ve styled my fountain kit in a range of pots which stops me getting bored and allows me to change it up for different seasons. Highly recommended

After an aborted order from amazon we re-ordered direct from Hydria and it arrived when stated, the actual kit is well made and easy to install.
If I should criticise it in any way I would say it would say it could be a little more powerful

Order was well packaged arrived on time & the offer was worth it.
It took me two days of arranging & re-arranging the leaves to get the correct or any sound from the fountain . But with patience & messing I succeeded! This is going to be a part of my sound therapy arsenal, & I'm sure it will be enjoyed by many & I will be getting extra bits in the future.

Made a mistake when ordering, and getting hold of customer services-only online- was a nightmare and took far too long.
When it finally arrived, was easy to set up and I am very pleased with it.
But Hydria, you really should have a phone line to save customer frustration
