Hydria Remte Issues

1. Very difficult to remove battery from remote. Had to use a screw driver to get it out.
2. Pairing did not work. I followed the on-line video instructions, but it still did not work.
3. Very disappointed. Do you have any workarounds or tips on how to get it to work.

Disappointed that I can’t hear water cascading as it sounds on advertisement.

Hi Sandra, thank you for the review. A little tip - swivel the largest petal to face towards the centre of the fountain so the water pours into the central hole - this amplifies the sound.

This fountain didn't work

This fountain didn't work, straight out of the box.
The remote didn't work, even after replacing the battery. A new remote was sent, but it still didn't work. I was sent a youtube video to watch so the remote could be paired with the unit. It still doesn't work.

Great product & great customer service

I believe Hydria makes an excellent product. Their fountains have so many different possibilities. I have used them several times involving different reasons for my fountain. They do not waist any time. If you need something, they will do their best to get it to you ASAP. I have also used their chat for assistance. Before the chat was completed I received an email saying that my merchandise had been shipped. I find that to be very important.

The old parts do not work with the new

The old parts do not work with the new. I’ve tested each part and have said all along that the only issue is the new remote not pairing with the old unit. I keep being sent new parts but they don’t fit. For example the new top doesn’t fit with the old bottom which had the battery on the bottom. All parts of my old unit worked except the New remote.

I purchased a delightful water feature

I purchased a delightful water feature from this company. It works perfectly and even lights up at night in various colours. It deducted one star because I cannot actually hear the sound of running water when it cascades!

Love the fountain but my remote came with a dead battery so I had to replace ot before I could get it to work.

Happy customer

After commenting on the change of the mosaic feature was contacted by them and must admit were very helpful and could not fault them . Still disappointed they have changed it but could not do enough to assist. Thank you

Interesting addition to home experience

The Hydria table fountain was delivered quickly and the set up instructions wet clear and it is easy to operate . The fountain is quieter than on the promotional video but the visual effects are pleasing and will Be useful addition to creating a relaxing atmosphere . The fountain is well made should last a long time

Loved the product I saw at the Hampton…

Loved the product I saw at the Hampton Court Flower show and purchased one of the kits with the verdigris elephants for my daughter. There was an extended delay in shipment .There was excellent customer service throughout with regular updates on the situation. There appeared to be frustration with their delivery chain and in the end they upgraded my purchase. Absolutely beautiful item, securely packaged . We have not had the opportunity to assemble and operate the waterfall so I am hoping it works well.
So fare my experience with this company has been very positive and I would like to support them moving forward. I hope that whatever teething problems they have been encountering are now resolved and that they can utilise their customers' feedback to make further progress.

Great product

Great product, quick delivery came as scheduled, easy to assemble. I did get confused about 2 things: charging the unit and pairing the remote. My unit blinked red the whole time it was charging, despite the instructions claiming it came pre- charged. Made me uneasy about it working. Also, the pairing didn’t go as described- no green lights blinked. The remote signal seems a bit weak, taking a moment to start the unit. Regardless, I set it up and it works!
