The bags are so beautiful and elegant. Suits any outfit! I had a little problem, but the customer service was very helpful and tried to resolve everything as quickly as possible! I will definitely order here again and recommend it to everyone!

Great customer service, definitely recommend this brand
While I was on holiday in Denmark I bought a HVISK bag. Soon after I arrived at my hotel room I saw the bag I had bought had some errors to it. I sent HVISK a mail explaining my complaint. I came in contact with Josephine who helped me with my problem right away, and who always replied extremely politely within a day. I returned the bag and reordered it when i came home (as I had no more time to go out of my way and buy a new bag). HVISK was so kind as to refund the difference I had to pay (I had to pay more for the bag when ordering it in The Netherlands). I am extremely pleased with their customer service, and even more pleased with my bag and the quality of it!
I would definitely recommend this brand to others and I'm looking forward to ordering another bag from HVISK soon :)

Excellent customer service

I love my new purse from HVISK
I love my new purse from HVISK! It came quicker than I expected, and it did not disappoint. I did have an immediate issue with the pink resin chain (it broke). I sent a short email to customer service and within 24 hours received a tracking number for a replacement. I was thrilled!!

Great customer service
The address details of my package were incorrect. Therefore the shipment was returned to Hvisk. I sent them an email and they responded quickly and resent the package once they had received it and pro-actively informed me.

Best customer experience
I had ordered the wrong item and I decided to just inform them of my problem because I didn’t really know what to do. Josephine answered me almost immediately and was extremely kind and helpful. She replaced my item immediately and gave me all the information I could need. I didn’t have to worry about anything! I have to say their customer service is the best I have dealt with & I have recommended others to check out their shop too!
