Worst costumer service ever
I've had my bag from their website for under two years when the metal part of the strap broke. I read on the website that I have two years warranty and I've tried to get in contact with the company for almost two months now with no success. So after two long and very informative emails and several phone calls waiting in line I now write this review so others know what they are dealing with. All I want is either spare parts or just a new strap. I have lost all my respect and confidence for this company.
I want to update this review since I got super professional and good help from Josephine that solved all my issues. Big thank you! They have a very good customer service once you get in contact with them. :)

I ordered a bag and I was in love with it. The shipping was super fast and I was very pleased. There was an issue with the bag confection, which is something that can happen to any product, but the customer service was amazing and they refunded me the value of the bag. I highly recommend this store!

Delivery problem with UPS
I ran into a delivery problem with UPS. Parcel supposedly deposited at the delivery point ... I spoke to customer service and thanks to Josephine, I was able to receive a new parcel, directly to my home.

Very happy customer
I placed an order with HVISK but unfortunately my bags got lost during the shipping process. I contacted them with my problem and HVISK immediatly took care of it. I got a very fast reply from the customer service, where Josephine helped me out really polite and kindly. She even sent me some mails outside the office hours of the customer service and on a Saturday. Withing 24 hours the problem was solved and they just sent me the bags again although it was not their fault that the bags got lost. I could really recommend everyone to order at HVISK because they are not only a very beautiful sustainable brand but they also have the best customer service.

My order was sent to the wrong address
My order was sent to the wrong address, so I've contacted Hvsik's customer service to change the delivery address. Josephine took care of it, contacted UPS and they changed the delivery address. Their response was very quick, so my experience was great !
